AP600冷凝實驗本體承壓與密封性能分析及改進

【摘要】:針對威斯康辛大學AP600冷凝實驗的實驗本體進行結(jié)構(gòu)分析,計算其承壓能力和密封性能。因通過計算發(fā)現(xiàn)實驗本體承壓性能不足,提出改進實驗本體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計方法。通過ANSYS有限元計算分析了改進后的實驗本體的承壓性能。結(jié)果表明,改進后的實驗本體,具有更好的承壓能力,可滿足更高的實驗參數(shù)需要。
[Abstract]:The experimental body of AP600 condensation experiment at the University of Wisconsin was analyzed and its bearing capacity and sealing performance were calculated. The design method of improving the structure of the experimental body is put forward because of the deficiency of the bearing capacity of the experimental body found by calculation. The pressure bearing performance of the improved experimental body is analyzed by ANSYS finite element method. The results show that the improved experimental body has a better bearing capacity and can meet the needs of higher experimental parameters.
