【摘要】:針對(duì)煤礦井下管道運(yùn)行情況監(jiān)測(cè)采用人工巡查法存在的耗費(fèi)人力、物力及突發(fā)狀況下難以發(fā)現(xiàn)泄漏點(diǎn)的問(wèn)題,基于光纖傳感技術(shù)及負(fù)壓波信號(hào)檢測(cè)與定位原理設(shè)計(jì)了一種煤礦管道泄漏監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),給出了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),介紹了光纖壓力傳感器增敏結(jié)構(gòu)、負(fù)壓波下降沿信號(hào)精確獲取技術(shù)等系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期運(yùn)行試驗(yàn)和可靠性試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定、可靠,能有效識(shí)別閥門開(kāi)閉、泵啟停等正常工況變化,并能對(duì)突發(fā)的管道泄漏進(jìn)行定位,定位誤差小于1%。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to find leakage points in coal mine underground pipeline operation monitoring by manual inspection method, such as wasting manpower, material resources and sudden situation. Based on the optical fiber sensing technology and the principle of detecting and locating the negative pressure wave signal, a leakage monitoring system for coal mine pipeline is designed. The structure of the system is given, and the sensitizing structure of the optical fiber pressure sensor is introduced. The key technologies of the system, such as the accurate acquisition of the negative pressure wave drop edge signal, have been carried out in the long-term operation test and reliability test of the system. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable, can effectively identify the valve opening and closing, pump start and stop and other normal conditions, and can locate the sudden pipeline leakage, the positioning error is less than 1.
