煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型研究及應(yīng)用效益分析

【摘要】:與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)煤礦安全事故發(fā)生率相對(duì)較高。瓦斯、水害等安全事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,這既與我國(guó)煤礦復(fù)雜的開采條件有關(guān),也與煤礦生產(chǎn)過程中對(duì)致災(zāi)因素的分析、預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)控管理水平有關(guān)。 部分煤炭企業(yè)從保障安全生產(chǎn)方面出發(fā),引進(jìn)了大量安全監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)施和信息化管理軟件,這些軟硬件設(shè)施為煤礦災(zāi)害預(yù)警與防治和安全管理提供了新手段。但是,這些軟硬件設(shè)施所提供的安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警信息往往局限于單因素?cái)?shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)信息的時(shí)空特性及與煤礦已有地質(zhì)條件的關(guān)系并未得到充分挖掘,其潛在的價(jià)值還遠(yuǎn)未得到深入應(yīng)用。 為進(jìn)一步提高煤礦安全管理水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)水、火、瓦斯等多種災(zāi)害的全面預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警,本文綜合分析了煤礦安全方面的研究文獻(xiàn),做了大量的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)收集分析工作,基于煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際工作要求,構(gòu)建了安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;建立了水、火、瓦斯等煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)判預(yù)警模型;通過軟硬件集成技術(shù),以評(píng)判預(yù)警模型為基礎(chǔ),,搭建了煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。并通過多專家訪談的形式對(duì)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),將評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果導(dǎo)入到效益分析模型中,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用效益評(píng)價(jià)。 由效益評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果看出:煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)超前預(yù)測(cè)預(yù)警的重要手段。它將使企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新管理、優(yōu)化運(yùn)營(yíng)、降低成本、提高生產(chǎn)效率等方面得到巨大提升,并將大大降低安全事故發(fā)生率,提高了煤炭企業(yè)的企業(yè)效益、社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。是科技強(qiáng)安、科技創(chuàng)效,保障煤炭企業(yè)向著自動(dòng)化、信息化兩化融合發(fā)展的重要保證,具有很高的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Compared with the developed countries, the incidence of coal mine safety accidents in China is relatively high. Gas, water hazards and other safety accidents occur from time to time, which is related to the complex mining conditions of coal mines in China, as well as to the analysis of disaster-causing factors, prediction and early warning and the level of risk pre-control management in the production process of coal mines. Some coal enterprises have introduced a large number of safety monitoring facilities and information management software from the aspect of ensuring safe production. These software and hardware facilities provide a new means for early warning, prevention and control of coal mine disasters and safety management. However, the security risk early warning information provided by these hardware and software facilities is often limited to single factor data, and the temporal and spatial characteristics of the data information and the relationship between the data information and the existing geological conditions in coal mines are not fully excavated. Its potential value is far from being applied in depth. In order to further improve the level of coal mine safety management and realize the comprehensive prediction and early warning of water, fire, gas and other disasters, this paper comprehensively analyzes the research literature on coal mine safety, and does a lot of field investigation and data collection and analysis work. Based on the practical requirements of coal mine safety production, this paper constructs a safety risk evaluation index system, establishes a water, fire, gas and other coal mine safety risk evaluation and early warning model, through software and hardware integration technology, based on the evaluation of early warning model, The application system of coal mine safety risk warning is built. The system application results are evaluated by multi-expert interview, and the evaluation results are introduced into the benefit analysis model, and the system application benefit evaluation is carried out. From the result of benefit evaluation, it can be seen that the application system of coal mine safety risk warning model is an important means to realize the coal mine safety risk forecast and early warning. It will greatly improve the enterprise's innovation management, optimize the operation, reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency, and will greatly reduce the incidence of safety accidents, and improve the efficiency, social and economic benefits of coal enterprises. It is an important guarantee for the development of coal enterprises towards automation and information integration, which has a high value of popularization and application.
