【摘要】：為了確保煤礦井下選矸車間通風可靠和安全運行,利用FLUENT軟件對井下選矸車間的風流流場進行了數(shù)值模擬,為合理通風提供理論支持。結(jié)合常村煤礦井下選矸車間的具體布置,建立三維物理模型,模擬分析了不同風量情況下各地點的風速分布,確定出最低風量要求。通過風流流場分析,找出了相應(yīng)的微風和渦流區(qū)域。根據(jù)最低風速要求,采取改變巷道局部設(shè)計、增加導(dǎo)風板措施杜絕該區(qū)域出現(xiàn)微風和渦流現(xiàn)象,以保障井下安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the reliable and safe operation of coal mine gangue sorting workshop, a numerical simulation of the air-flow field in the underground gangue sorting workshop is carried out by using FLUENT software, which provides theoretical support for rational ventilation. Combined with the concrete arrangement of gangue workshop in Changcun Coal Mine, a three-dimensional physical model was established, and the distribution of wind speed at different locations was simulated and analyzed, and the minimum air volume requirement was determined. Through the analysis of the wind flow field, the corresponding breeze and eddy current regions are found out. According to the minimum wind speed requirement, the local design of roadway should be changed and the wind guide plate should be added to prevent the phenomenon of wind breeze and eddy current in this area, so as to ensure the safety of underground production.
