淺埋藏工作面漏風(fēng)特征及堵漏效果檢驗(yàn)

【摘要】:基于淺埋藏煤層采空區(qū)受地表裂隙誘導(dǎo)漏風(fēng)的影響,從采空區(qū)煤自燃防治為出發(fā)點(diǎn),以磁窯溝煤礦10-2號(hào)煤層10202工作面為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)示蹤氣體,得到了淺埋藏工作面漏風(fēng)特征。并通過(guò)堵漏技術(shù)措施前后漏風(fēng)對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了工作面堵漏效果。研究結(jié)果表明:進(jìn)風(fēng)巷至工作面傾向30m左右范圍內(nèi)為漏入段,傾向30m至回風(fēng)側(cè)為漏出段,且地表漏風(fēng)通道存在;進(jìn)風(fēng)風(fēng)流漏入采空區(qū)風(fēng)量為161.2m3/min,地表漏出風(fēng)量90m3/min;實(shí)施封堵措施后,進(jìn)風(fēng)風(fēng)流漏入采空區(qū)降低到76.1m3/min,地表漏風(fēng)降低到24m3/min。整體漏風(fēng)量與堵漏技術(shù)實(shí)踐前后降低了85.1m3/min,堵漏效果比較顯著。通過(guò)對(duì)漏風(fēng)及堵漏實(shí)踐的分析,識(shí)別了工作面漏風(fēng)特征及堵漏效果,對(duì)指導(dǎo)礦井的防滅火實(shí)踐具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the influence of air leakage induced by surface fissures in the goaf of shallow buried coal seam, the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf are taken as the starting point. The 10202 coal face of No. 10-2 coal seam in Ciyaogou coal mine is taken as the research object, and the tracer gas is used to trace the gas. The air leakage characteristics of shallow buried face are obtained. Through the contrast analysis of air leakage before and after the leak plugging technology measures, the effect of leakage plugging in working face is verified. The results show that the leakage section is within the range of 30 m from entry roadway to working face, the leakage section is inclined to 30 m to the return air side, and the surface air leakage passage exists, and the air volume of air flow leakage into goaf is 161.2 m3 / min, and the surface leakage air volume is 90 m3 / min; after the implementation of plugging measures, The air leakage into the goaf was reduced to 76.1m3 / min, and the surface air leakage was reduced to 24m3 / min. The overall air leakage and plugging technology were reduced by 85.1 m3 / min before and after practice, and the plugging effect was remarkable. Based on the analysis of air leakage and plugging practice, the characteristics of air leakage and the effect of plugging are identified, which is of great practical significance to guiding the practice of fire prevention and extinguishing in coal mines.
