【摘要】：為了輔助鐵路事故應(yīng)急救援方案的制定,提出了一種基于單目圖像的列車事故場景快速三維重建方法。考慮不同應(yīng)用場景的2種相機(jī)投影模型,采用SIFT算法提取圖像特征并與事故列車的CAD模型相匹配,通過引入車廂之間的幾何約束,將三維重建轉(zhuǎn)換為求解帶約束的非線性最小二乘問題,最終還原事故主體的位置與姿態(tài)。為了定量與定性驗證該方法的計算效果,分別對模擬列車事故場景與真實列車事故場景進(jìn)行車廂的三維重建。在模擬列車事故場景中采用了較精確的有限相機(jī)投影模型進(jìn)行離線標(biāo)定,在真實列車事故場景中采用了較穩(wěn)定的針孔模型進(jìn)行自標(biāo)定。分析結(jié)果表明:通過對模擬場景的定量分析,重建兩節(jié)車廂中用于測量的8個節(jié)點的最大相對誤差為4.54%,平均相對誤差為1.85%;通過對真實場景的定性分析,結(jié)合地形信息校正,同樣能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)車廂位置與姿態(tài)的三維還原;最終借助三維可視化引擎,可在視覺上還原整個事故環(huán)境全貌。該方法還可用于應(yīng)急救援電子沙盤的開發(fā)以進(jìn)行鐵路事故分析和安全教育。
[Abstract]:A fast 3D reconstruction method of train accident scene based on monocular image was proposed to assist the formulation of emergency rescue scheme for railway accident. Considering two kinds of camera projection models in different application scenarios, the SIFT algorithm is used to extract the image features and match with the CAD model of the accident train, and the geometric constraints between the cars are introduced. The 3D reconstruction is transformed into solving the nonlinear least square problem with band constraints, and finally the position and attitude of the subject are restored. In order to quantitatively and qualitatively verify the effect of this method, the simulated train accident scene and the real train accident scene were reconstructed respectively. In the simulation of train accident scene, a more accurate finite camera projection model is used for off-line calibration, and a more stable pinhole model is used for self-calibration in the real train accident scene. The results show that the maximum relative error is 4.54 and the average relative error is 1.85 through the quantitative analysis of the simulated scene, and the correction of terrain information is combined with the qualitative analysis of the real scene. It can also realize the three-dimensional restoration of the position and attitude of the carriage, and finally, with the help of the three-dimensional visualization engine, the whole scene of the accident environment can be visually restored. The method can also be used in the development of emergency rescue electronic sand table for railway accident analysis and safety education.
