【摘要】：以一起電動自行車亡人火災(zāi)為例,通過調(diào)查訪問、現(xiàn)場勘驗,確定起火原因,從電動自行車的停放位置、火災(zāi)發(fā)生的時間、電瓶車的材質(zhì)、人員的充電習(xí)慣、電瓶車的設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等方面分析災(zāi)害成因,并進一步提出電動自行車火災(zāi)的防范對策,包括提高電動自行車生產(chǎn)的行業(yè)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、加強流通領(lǐng)域的行業(yè)監(jiān)管、明確停放區(qū)的消防要求、開展相關(guān)的消防宣傳教育等。
[Abstract]:Take an electric bicycle fire as an example, through investigation and on-site investigation, to determine the cause of the fire, from the parking position of the electric bicycle, the time when the fire occurred, the material of the electric battery car, and the charging habits of the personnel. This paper analyzes the cause of the disaster in the design standard of electric battery car, and further puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the fire of electric bicycle, including raising the technical standard of electric bicycle production, strengthening the industry supervision in circulation field, Clear the fire control requirements of the parking area, carry out relevant fire education and publicity.
