酸刺溝礦綜放面煤柱聯(lián)巷密閉設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:聯(lián)巷密閉是煤礦井下重要的通風(fēng)設(shè)施,酸刺溝井田煤層吸氧性強(qiáng),且含有黃鐵礦結(jié)核或薄膜,煤層易發(fā)生自燃,煤塵具有爆炸危險(xiǎn)性。酸刺溝礦6上煤層采用放頂煤工藝回采,6上107工作面煤柱聯(lián)巷密閉受工作面采動(dòng)影響出現(xiàn)微裂隙,這些裂隙連通了本采面與相鄰采空區(qū)(6上105工作面采空區(qū)),6上107工作面距離地表平均230m,地表產(chǎn)生大量裂隙,聯(lián)巷密閉裂隙的存在使得礦井在負(fù)壓通風(fēng)下,形成了地表風(fēng)流向采空區(qū)的漏風(fēng)通道,給礦井采空區(qū)火災(zāi)帶來(lái)隱患。為了確保煤礦井下安全生產(chǎn)工作的進(jìn)行,需對(duì)聯(lián)巷密閉的構(gòu)置進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,以期聯(lián)巷密閉取得安全可靠的效果,滿足酸刺溝礦安全生產(chǎn)的要求。 在對(duì)酸刺溝礦地質(zhì)條件分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合酸刺溝礦已有煤巖物理力學(xué)參數(shù),應(yīng)用理論分析與數(shù)值模擬相結(jié)合等方法對(duì)密閉保持穩(wěn)定下的區(qū)段煤柱寬度進(jìn)行研究,確定了區(qū)段煤柱留設(shè)25m時(shí)是合理的;經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式和數(shù)值模擬確定了聯(lián)巷密閉構(gòu)筑位置距離6上105采空區(qū)邊緣20m處。 在前面分析基礎(chǔ)上提出了聯(lián)巷密閉的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并對(duì)密閉施工工藝和管理進(jìn)行研究,最后對(duì)密閉的性能進(jìn)行了分析,所設(shè)計(jì)的聯(lián)巷密閉能夠滿足礦井安全生產(chǎn)的要求,對(duì)相似條件的其它礦井的聯(lián)巷密閉建造也具一定借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Combined roadway closure is an important ventilation facility in the coal mine. The coal seam in the acid-Cigou mine field has strong oxygen absorption and contains pyrite nodules or films. The coal seam is prone to spontaneous combustion and the coal dust has the risk of explosion. The caving technology is adopted in No. 6 upper coal seam of Yuxicigou Coal Mine to produce micro-cracks in the closed coal pillar roadway of No. 6 Upper 107 working face, which is affected by the mining movement of the working face. These fissures connect the original mining face with the adjacent goaf No. 105 working face, the average distance from the face of No. 107 to the ground surface is 230 m, and a large number of cracks occur on the surface. The existence of the closed cracks in the joint roadway causes the mine to be ventilated under negative pressure. The air leakage passage from surface air flow to goaf is formed, which brings hidden danger to mine goaf fire. In order to ensure the safe production of underground coal mine, it is necessary to make a systematic study on the construction of the airtight roadway in order to obtain the safe and reliable effect and meet the requirements of safe production in Suanzigou Mine. Based on the analysis of the geological conditions of the acid-Cigou mine and the physical and mechanical parameters of the existing coal and rock in the Suichigou mine, the width of the coal pillar in the section kept stable by sealing is studied by combining the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. It is determined that it is reasonable to keep coal pillar in section at 25 m, and the distance between the position of closed construction of joint roadway and the edge of 105 goaf on 6 is determined by empirical formula and numerical simulation. On the basis of the previous analysis, this paper puts forward the design scheme of the combined roadway sealing, and studies the construction technology and management of the combined roadway. Finally, the performance of the airtight is analyzed. The design can meet the requirements of mine safety production. It can also be used for reference in the construction of closed roadways in other mines with similar conditions.
