基于螞蟻算法的光譜吸收光纖甲烷監(jiān)測技術(shù)的研究

【摘要】:在我國煤礦的生產(chǎn)過程中,人員和設(shè)備的安全始終是煤礦開采最為關(guān)心的問題,煤礦井下瓦斯氣體所引起的爆炸事故,會造成巨大的人員和財產(chǎn)損失,其中甲烷氣體是瓦斯氣體的最主要的成分。傳統(tǒng)上的甲烷氣體檢測大都采用化學(xué)檢測方法,但是該種方法存在很多不足,人們開始研究采用光學(xué)方法代替化學(xué)檢測的方法。本文采用了基于螞蟻算法的光譜吸收光纖監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)對甲烷氣體實施監(jiān)測。 本論文通過對瓦斯氣體(主要成分是甲烷)檢測技術(shù)的歷史發(fā)展背景和國內(nèi)外對其研究現(xiàn)狀的介紹,對于傳統(tǒng)的甲烷氣體檢測系統(tǒng)中存在的缺陷和局限性問題分析,提出了基于螞蟻算法的光譜吸收光纖甲烷監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)。首先介紹了氣體光譜吸收原理和螞蟻算法的基本原理,然后詳細(xì)說明了螞蟻BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法,系統(tǒng)采用了型號為MXSLD-CS65M5A的激光器,斬波器,測量氣室等甲烷氣體傳感器系統(tǒng),通過使用螞蟻BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法對測量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,最后選用Lab View軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測量顯示,測試系統(tǒng)運行的可行性。 通過實驗,檢驗了基于螞蟻算法的光譜吸收光纖甲烷傳感系統(tǒng)的效果,本系統(tǒng)的實驗測試數(shù)據(jù)可以通過Lab View軟件的設(shè)計進(jìn)行保存,對甲烷氣體濃度的檢測達(dá)到良好的運行效果,系統(tǒng)具有實時監(jiān)測和自動報警功能。研究基于螞蟻算法的光譜吸收光纖甲烷傳感系統(tǒng)對于煤礦安全生產(chǎn)具有十分重要的意義和應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In the process of coal mine production in our country, the safety of personnel and equipment is always the most concerned problem in coal mine mining. The explosion accident caused by gas in coal mine will cause huge loss of personnel and property. Methane gas is the most important component of gas. Traditionally, the detection of methane gas mostly adopts chemical detection method, but there are many shortcomings in this method. People begin to study the optical method instead of chemical detection method. In this paper, the spectral absorption optical fiber monitoring system based on ant algorithm is used to monitor methane gas. In this paper, through the introduction of the historical development background of gas (the main component is methane) detection technology and the present research status at home and abroad, the defects and limitations of the traditional methane gas detection system are analyzed. A spectral absorption fiber methane monitoring system based on ant algorithm is proposed. Firstly, the principle of gas spectral absorption and the basic principle of ant algorithm are introduced, and then the ant BP neural network algorithm is described in detail. The system uses a MXSLD-CS65M5A laser, chopper, gas chamber and other methane gas sensor systems. The ant BP neural network algorithm is used to optimize the design of the measurement data. Finally, the Lab View software is used to measure and display the data and test the feasibility of the system. Through experiments, the effect of spectrum absorption optical fiber methane sensing system based on ant algorithm is tested. The experimental test data of this system can be saved by the design of Lab View software, and the detection of methane concentration can achieve a good operation effect. The system has the function of real-time monitoring and automatic alarm. The study of spectral absorption optical fiber methane sensing system based on ant algorithm is of great significance and application prospect for coal mine safety production.
