“綜放”工作面易自燃煤層火災(zāi)防治體系的構(gòu)建

【摘要】:綜合機(jī)械化放頂煤開(kāi)采是實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效集約化礦井的一項(xiàng)重要技術(shù),但是由于綜放采工藝丟煤量大、遺煤多、煤體破碎、供風(fēng)量大、漏風(fēng)通道比較多、停采撤架時(shí)間長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn),相對(duì)于其它采煤工藝更易引發(fā)煤自燃導(dǎo)致的火災(zāi)。因此,建立一套完整的適用于采用綜放采工藝礦井的自燃火災(zāi)防治體系,對(duì)于維護(hù)國(guó)家財(cái)產(chǎn)安全和企業(yè)正常的生產(chǎn)秩序是十分有意義的。 本文首先分析了影響煤炭自燃的因素,,總結(jié)了綜合機(jī)械化放頂煤開(kāi)采工藝的發(fā)火特點(diǎn),并對(duì)現(xiàn)有的幾種煤礦自燃火災(zāi)防治方案進(jìn)行了分析,指出了其各自存在的不足之處,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出構(gòu)建“三位一體”的自燃火災(zāi)防治體系來(lái)進(jìn)行易自燃煤層礦井的火災(zāi)防治。該體系分為“自燃發(fā)生-自燃認(rèn)識(shí)-自燃防治”三個(gè)部分,從溫度、氣體、時(shí)間三個(gè)層面來(lái)闡述自燃火災(zāi)的防治,以期最終達(dá)到根治煤礦自燃火災(zāi)的目的。根據(jù)構(gòu)建的防治體系需要,作者通過(guò)進(jìn)行大量的實(shí)驗(yàn),得到了大量的數(shù)據(jù),為本文論證的說(shuō)服性、合理性提供了有力的支持。首先,按照國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范化要求對(duì)棋盤(pán)井9號(hào)煤層煤礦進(jìn)行了取樣,依據(jù)煤氧復(fù)合學(xué)說(shuō),首先進(jìn)行了煤炭自燃傾向性的實(shí)驗(yàn)分析,并按照儀器常數(shù)法計(jì)算實(shí)驗(yàn)中氧氣的吸附量,得出了該煤層具有自燃傾向性的結(jié)論。然后根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了煤樣自然發(fā)火期的推算。通過(guò)埋管監(jiān)測(cè)所得標(biāo)志氣體CO及O2濃度分布規(guī)律,并用氣相色譜儀進(jìn)行分析,確定了這兩種標(biāo)志氣體含量的變化趨勢(shì),進(jìn)而確定了該煤礦采空區(qū)“自燃三帶”的劃分范圍。以此為基礎(chǔ),計(jì)算得到了該煤礦0913工作面最小推進(jìn)速度。在構(gòu)建自燃火災(zāi)防治體系過(guò)程中,針對(duì)棋盤(pán)井煤礦0913工作面采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)的具體情況,提出運(yùn)用并通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)驗(yàn)證了使用均壓通風(fēng)方案以減少采空區(qū)漏風(fēng)的可行性。最后,通過(guò)總結(jié)現(xiàn)有的煤礦自燃火災(zāi)防滅火方法的特點(diǎn),比較了各種方法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及缺點(diǎn),以及經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的考慮,并結(jié)合棋盤(pán)井煤礦0913工作面的實(shí)際情況,確定采用灌漿防滅火系統(tǒng)和阻化劑防滅火系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合的方案,并最終構(gòu)建針對(duì)棋盤(pán)井煤礦9號(hào)煤層0913工作面的火災(zāi)防治體系。 該火災(zāi)防治體系通過(guò)棋盤(pán)井煤礦0913工作面的實(shí)踐應(yīng)用,保證了其安全、穩(wěn)定、高效生產(chǎn),收到了良好的社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,證明了該系統(tǒng)的可行性及可靠性,具有一定的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Comprehensive mechanized top coal caving mining is an important technology to realize high yield and high efficiency intensive coal mining. However, due to the characteristics of large amount of coal lost in fully mechanized caving, leaving more coal, broken coal body, large amount of air supply, more air leakage channels and long time of stopping mining and removing frame, etc. Fire caused by spontaneous combustion of coal is more likely to occur than other coal mining processes. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a complete set of spontaneous combustion fire prevention system suitable for the adoption of fully mechanized caving mining technology for the maintenance of national property safety and the normal production order of enterprises. In this paper, the factors that influence the spontaneous combustion of coal are analyzed, and the characteristics of the comprehensive mechanized top-coal caving mining process are summarized. Several existing schemes of preventing and controlling the spontaneous combustion of coal mines are analyzed, and the shortcomings of each of them are pointed out. On the basis of this, it is put forward to construct the fire prevention system of "trinity" in order to prevent and cure the fire in the coal mine which is prone to spontaneous combustion. The system is divided into three parts: spontaneous combustion, cognition of spontaneous combustion and prevention of spontaneous combustion. The prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion fire are expounded from three aspects of temperature, gas and time, in order to achieve the goal of radical cure of spontaneous combustion fire in coal mine. According to the need of the prevention and cure system, the author has obtained a lot of data through a large number of experiments, which provides a strong support for the persuasion and rationality of this paper. First of all, the coal seam No. 9 in Qipanjing Coal Mine was sampled according to the national standard standardization requirements. According to the coal-oxygen compound theory, the experimental analysis of the coal spontaneous combustion tendency was first carried out, and the oxygen adsorption capacity in the experiment was calculated according to the instrument constant method. It is concluded that the coal seam has the tendency of spontaneous combustion. Then, according to the experimental data, the spontaneous combustion period of coal sample is calculated. The distribution law of CO and O2 concentration in the marked gases obtained by buried pipe monitoring was analyzed by gas chromatograph, the change trend of the two marked gases was determined, and the division range of the "spontaneous combustion three zones" in the goaf of the coal mine was determined. Based on this, the minimum advance speed of 0913 face in this coal mine is calculated. In the course of building fire prevention system of spontaneous combustion, aiming at the specific situation of air leakage in goaf of No. 0913 face of Qipanjing Coal Mine, the feasibility of using equal-pressure ventilation scheme to reduce air leakage in goaf is put forward and verified by field measurement. Finally, by summing up the characteristics of the existing methods of spontaneous combustion fire prevention and fire extinguishing in coal mines, the advantages and disadvantages of various methods are compared, as well as the consideration of economic factors, and combined with the actual situation of No. 0913 face in Qipan Coal Mine. The scheme of combining grouting fire extinguishing system with chemical inhibitor fire extinguishing system is determined and the fire prevention and control system for No. 9 coal seam 0913 face of Qipanjing Coal Mine is finally constructed. The fire prevention and control system has been applied in No. 0913 face of Qipanjing Coal Mine to ensure its safety, stability and high efficiency production. It has received good social and economic benefits, and proved the feasibility and reliability of the system. It has certain practical application value.
