硫化礦塵云最低著火溫度試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:利用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試裝置Godbert-Greenwald恒溫爐對(duì)硫化礦塵進(jìn)行了礦塵云最低著火溫度試驗(yàn)研究。在設(shè)定試驗(yàn)條件下測(cè)試了硫化礦塵云最低著火溫度,并探究了礦塵含硫量、粒度以及質(zhì)量濃度對(duì)硫化礦塵云最低著火溫度的影響。結(jié)果表明:A、B、C 3種硫化礦塵云最低著火溫度分別為386、454、512℃;最低著火溫度隨礦塵含硫量的增加而降低、隨粒徑的減小而降低、隨礦塵質(zhì)量濃度的增加呈現(xiàn)先降低后升高趨勢(shì)。研究結(jié)果對(duì)了解硫化礦塵云著火、爆炸危險(xiǎn)性和指導(dǎo)硫化礦山安全生產(chǎn)具有參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The minimum ignition temperature of sulphide dust was studied by Godbert-Greenwald constant temperature furnace. The minimum ignition temperature of sulphide dust cloud was measured under the set test conditions, and the effects of sulfur content, particle size and mass concentration on the minimum ignition temperature of sulphide dust cloud were investigated.
