高原礦井增壓通風(fēng)研究

【摘要】:為解決高原礦山井下低壓低氧的工作環(huán)境問題,提出了對于高原礦山宜采用以壓為主的壓抽結(jié)合的通風(fēng)方式,并從理論上分析了人工增壓的必要性和可行性。以某高原礦山為背景,結(jié)合高原礦山的環(huán)境特點,對關(guān)鍵通風(fēng)參數(shù)進行了校核,并以高原適應(yīng)性修正后的通風(fēng)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)為基礎(chǔ),運用Ventsim三維通風(fēng)模擬軟件搭建了通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的三維可視化模型和網(wǎng)絡(luò)實時解算平臺,對增能調(diào)節(jié)、增阻調(diào)節(jié)等人工增壓方式進行模擬與解算,得出在不同增壓方式下的增壓效果。研究結(jié)果表明:高原礦山宜采用以壓為主的壓抽結(jié)合的通風(fēng)方式,并通過人工增壓的方式有效地提高井下的大氣壓力,可基本滿足井下作業(yè)人員的需求,對于高原礦井的增壓通風(fēng)具有適用性和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of working environment of low pressure and low oxygen in plateau mine, the paper puts forward that the ventilation mode should be combined with pressure and pumping, and theoretically analyzes the necessity and feasibility of artificial pressurization. Based on the background of a plateau mine and combined with the environmental characteristics of a plateau mine, the key ventilation parameters are checked, and based on the adapted ventilation key parameters of the plateau. The three-dimensional visual model of ventilation system and the real-time computing platform of network are built by using Ventsim three-dimensional ventilation simulation software. The artificial supercharging methods such as increasing energy regulation and resistive regulation are simulated and calculated, and the supercharging effect under different pressurization modes is obtained. The results show that it is appropriate for plateau mines to adopt the combined ventilation of pressure and pumping, and to effectively increase the underground atmospheric pressure by artificial pressurization, which can basically meet the needs of underground operators. It is applicable and scientific to supercharged ventilation in plateau mine.
