基于信息融合的鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控體系及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:鐵路是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的大動(dòng)脈,鐵路運(yùn)輸安全是鐵路工作的生命線,是建設(shè)和發(fā)展和諧鐵路的重要保障。“十一五”以來,鐵路部門不斷加強(qiáng)安全監(jiān)測(cè)設(shè)備和行車安全信息化系統(tǒng)建設(shè),實(shí)施管理創(chuàng)新,加強(qiáng)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,大大增強(qiáng)了保障鐵路行車安全的能力,安全形勢(shì)總體呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定、有序可控的態(tài)勢(shì)。近年來,由于高速鐵路快速發(fā)展和大量新技術(shù)裝備投入使用,人們對(duì)鐵路行車安全提出了更高要求。 本文在總結(jié)提煉鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)主要特征的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展,以進(jìn)一步提高檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性、穩(wěn)定性和可用性,提高信息綜合應(yīng)用價(jià)值和行車安全決策水平,全面提升鐵路行車安全保障能力為目標(biāo),提出一種對(duì)行車安全監(jiān)控實(shí)施全方位、多層次、跨系統(tǒng)的信息融合,構(gòu)建鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控體系的新思路,并給出若干相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的解決方案。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和創(chuàng)新如下: 1、深入分析國內(nèi)、外鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),研究信息融合及相關(guān)安全技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)理論,研究系統(tǒng)內(nèi)和系統(tǒng)間信息融合的概念、方法和建模技術(shù),研究提出鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)信息融合應(yīng)用模式。 2、分析我國鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用需求、主要特征和存在的不足,結(jié)合信息融合、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、人工智能等先進(jìn)技術(shù),提出基于信息融合的鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控體系框架;研究與行車安全監(jiān)控相關(guān)系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)組織形式,研究提出行車安全監(jiān)控體系數(shù)據(jù)集成與信息共享解決方案。從總體框架層面為建設(shè)保障能力更高的行車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)提供一種總體解決方案。 3、研究提出了基于目標(biāo)決策的鐵路行車安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)信息融合模型,詳細(xì)論述了鐵路行車安全綜合監(jiān)控、綜合報(bào)警評(píng)判、檢測(cè)設(shè)備質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)、車輛造修質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)和貨運(yùn)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估等典型應(yīng)用的信息融合建模思路、模型框架和建模方法,為信息融合技術(shù)在鐵路行車安全領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提供建模技術(shù)支撐。 4、研究在鐵路車輛故障診斷中應(yīng)用信息融合的幾個(gè)典型技術(shù)方案。提出車輛熱軸綜合報(bào)警方案,以提高紅外線熱軸報(bào)警的準(zhǔn)確性;設(shè)計(jì)5T檢測(cè)信息融合處理方案,以實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛造修質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià);結(jié)合TPDS在客車踏面損傷監(jiān)測(cè)的應(yīng)用需求,提出在客車車次定位融合處理中應(yīng)用BP模型和算法的方案,以提高在客車未全部安裝電子標(biāo)簽的過渡階段TPDS檢測(cè)信息定位的準(zhǔn)確性。 5、研究在鐵路貨運(yùn)計(jì)量安全檢測(cè)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中應(yīng)用信息融合技術(shù)的方案。提出一種貨運(yùn)計(jì)量檢測(cè)信息與確報(bào)信息匹配的流程、模型和算法,以提高檢測(cè)信息與確報(bào)信息匹配率,提高檢測(cè)信息利用價(jià)值:提出了貨物裝載狀態(tài)智能報(bào)警評(píng)判的模型、算法,提高了報(bào)警的準(zhǔn)確性;設(shè)計(jì)了車號(hào)匹配錯(cuò)位糾正的模型、算法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車號(hào)匹配錯(cuò)位自動(dòng)糾正;結(jié)合檢測(cè)設(shè)備檢測(cè)精度動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)估的應(yīng)用需求,論述了利用基于D-S證據(jù)理論,建立設(shè)備檢測(cè)精度動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)模型,為評(píng)價(jià)檢測(cè)設(shè)備質(zhì)量提供基本依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Railway is the big artery of national economy , railway transportation safety is the lifeline of railway work , it is the important guarantee for the construction and development of harmonious railway .
On the basis of summarizing the main characteristics of the safety monitoring system of the railway driving safety monitoring system and combining the development of modern information technology , this paper aims at improving the accuracy , stability and availability of the detection data , improving the comprehensive application value of the information and the decision level of driving safety and improving the safety guarantee ability of the railway , and puts forward a new idea to implement the comprehensive , multi - level and cross - system information fusion for the traffic safety monitoring , and gives a new solution for the key technology . The main research contents and innovations are as follows :
1 . In - depth analysis of the current situation and development trend of the safety monitoring system of domestic and foreign railways , the basic theory of information fusion and related safety technology , the concept , method and modeling technology of information fusion in the research system and inter - system information fusion are studied , and the application mode of information fusion in railway driving safety monitoring system is proposed .
2 . To analyze the application requirements , main features and deficiencies of the railway traffic safety monitoring system in our country , combine the advanced technologies such as information fusion , Internet of things , artificial intelligence and so on , and put forward the framework of railway driving safety monitoring system based on information fusion ;
This paper studies the technical architecture and data organization form of the system related to traffic safety monitoring , and puts forward the data integration and information sharing solution of the driving safety monitoring system . The overall solution is provided from the overall framework level to the driving safety monitoring system with higher construction security capability .
3 . The information fusion model of railway traffic safety monitoring system based on target decision is put forward , and the information fusion modeling thought , model frame and modeling method of comprehensive monitoring , comprehensive alarm evaluation , equipment quality evaluation , vehicle repair quality evaluation and freight safety risk assessment are discussed in detail , and the modeling technology support is provided for the application of information fusion technology in the field of railway driving safety .
4 . To study several typical technical solutions for the application of information fusion in the fault diagnosis of railway vehicles .
Design T test information fusion processing scheme to realize the comprehensive evaluation of vehicle repair quality ;
Combined with the application requirements of TPDS in the monitoring of passenger car tread damage , the paper proposes a scheme of applying BP model and algorithm in the passenger car ' s car positioning fusion process to improve the accuracy of the TPDS detecting information positioning during the transition period of the bus not all installed electronic tags .
5 . The application of information fusion technology in railway freight metering safety inspection and monitoring system is studied . A flow , model and algorithm for the matching of freight metering detection information with the real report information are presented in order to improve the matching rate between the detection information and the real report information , and to improve the utilization value of the detection information : a model and algorithm for intelligent alarm evaluation of the loading state of goods are proposed , and the accuracy of the alarm is improved ;
The model and algorithm are designed to correct the dislocation of vehicle number matching , and the automatic correction of vehicle number matching dislocation is realized .
Based on the D - S evidence theory , the dynamic evaluation model of equipment detection accuracy is established to provide the basis for evaluating the quality of the equipment .
