【摘要】：安全投入在改善企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)狀況中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。論文從安全生產(chǎn)五要素(安全文化、安全法制、安全責(zé)任、安全科技、安全投入)著手,分析五要素之間的邏輯關(guān)系及安全投入的重要性,調(diào)研分析得出企業(yè)安全投入不足的主要原因,并以湖北衛(wèi)東控股集團(tuán)有限公司近11年的違章統(tǒng)計(jì)和安全生產(chǎn)"五要素"投入情況為例,分析驗(yàn)證企業(yè)安全投入與安全生產(chǎn)狀況改善之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,合理有效加強(qiáng)企業(yè)安全投入,提高企業(yè)本質(zhì)安全水平,是實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Safety input plays an important role in improving the safety of enterprises. From the five elements of safety production (safety culture, safety legal system, safety responsibility, safety science and technology, safety input), this paper analyzes the logical relationship between the five elements and the importance of safety input, and analyzes and analyzes the main reasons for the lack of enterprise security input. Taking Hubei Weidong Holding Group Co., Ltd. for the past 11 years and the "five elements" input of safety production as an example, the relationship between the safety investment of enterprises and the improvement of safety production condition is analyzed and verified. The result shows that the reasonable and effective strengthening of enterprise safety investment and the improvement of the enterprise's essential safety level are the one to realize the safety production of the enterprise. An important link.
