摘要：

以澳大利亞迪肯大學(xué)為例，介紹了澳大利亞高校的實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理組織結(jié)構(gòu)、實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全入門培訓(xùn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室準(zhǔn)入制度、實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全防護(hù)和應(yīng)急設(shè)施、化學(xué)品管理和廢棄物管理以及實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理隊(duì)伍等方面的情況，在此基礎(chǔ)上，，對(duì)澳大利亞高校實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理的先進(jìn)理念和制度進(jìn)行了分析和思考，提出了建立和完善適合我國(guó)國(guó)情的實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全管理體系的若干建議。

Abstract： 

Taking Australian Deakin University as an example ,this article introduces the organization structure of laboratory safety management ,induction and training courses ,safety protection and emergency facilities , the management of chemicals ,the management of wastes and the team of laboratory safety management ,etc . In addition ,the advanced concept and system of laboratory safety management of Australian universities are analyzed further .Some thoughts for setting up and improving the safety management system to meet the practical situation of our country are proposed .
