煤礦井下突出松軟煤層鉆進(jìn)噴孔防治技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在煤礦井下鉆進(jìn)過程中,噴孔事故一直是難以解決而又經(jīng)常發(fā)生的問題。突出松軟煤層鉆進(jìn)應(yīng)使用壓風(fēng)排粉,排粉能力不足容易造成鉆孔堵塞,使得瓦斯梯度升高,積聚的瓦斯會(huì)突破堵塞,造成噴孔事故。由風(fēng)流在鉆孔內(nèi)部的各個(gè)阻力損失,求出鉆進(jìn)過程中排粉所需要的風(fēng)壓,分析鉆孔傾角與鉆屑運(yùn)移的關(guān)系,利用合理的排粉參數(shù)能夠順利地排出鉆屑,減少噴孔事故的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:In the process of underground drilling in coal mine, hole injection accident is always difficult to solve and often occurs. In the drilling of outburst soft coal seam, the pressure air should be used to drain the powder, which can easily lead to the borehole blockage, which makes the gas gradient rise, and the accumulated gas will break through the blockage, resulting in the accident of jetting hole. According to the loss of resistance of air flow inside the borehole, the air pressure needed to discharge powder during drilling is calculated, and the relationship between drilling inclination angle and cuttings migration is analyzed, and the drilling chip can be discharged smoothly by using reasonable discharge parameters, and the occurrence of blowout accident can be reduced.
