基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的液化石油氣鐵路運輸安全評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,對危險品特別是液化石油氣的需求在逐年增長,,而液化石油氣的生產(chǎn)地和使用地一般不在同一區(qū)域,這就需要公路、鐵路等運輸方式來運輸。在通過鐵路運輸液化石油氣的過程中所涉及到的運輸環(huán)節(jié)較多,難度較大,且對專用線的辦理條件要求較高,因此鐵路運輸液化石油氣的危險性也較高。所以,對辦理液化石油氣的鐵路專用線進行運輸安全現(xiàn)狀綜合分析,直觀地了解鐵路專用線辦理液化石油氣的風險性就有非常重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了國內(nèi)外液化石油氣運輸安全研究現(xiàn)狀和鐵路危險貨物運輸狀況,分析了危險貨物運輸事故的成因機理;然后對液化石油氣的理化性質(zhì)及運輸過程中存在的危害性進行了分析,并對液化石油氣運輸安全技術條件以及專用線(專用鐵路)相關技術設備、管理制度等方面進行研究,綜合考慮鐵路運輸液化石油氣的風險因素,對影響液化石油氣鐵路運輸安全的風險因素進行逐層分析,再結(jié)合現(xiàn)行的鐵路危險貨物運輸安全綜合分析中的相關評價體系,建立具有針對性和較為全面的液化石油氣鐵路運輸安全現(xiàn)狀評價指標體系。根據(jù)所建立的液化石油氣鐵路運輸安全現(xiàn)狀評價指標體系,并采用通過L-M算法優(yōu)化過的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡,建立較為優(yōu)化的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡模型。通過查閱相關專用線資料以及專家打分法構(gòu)建了訓練樣本,使用MATLAB軟件中的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡工具箱對該樣本進行訓練,通過分析訓練結(jié)果來驗證神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡的可行性。最后應用訓練好的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡對實例進行安全評價,驗證該模型的實用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand for dangerous goods, especially liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), is increasing year by year, but the place of production and use of LPG is generally not in the same area, which requires road, railway and other transportation modes to transport. In the process of transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by railway, the transportation links are more difficult, and the handling conditions of special railway line are higher, so the risk of railway transportation of LPG is also higher. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the present situation of transportation safety of the special railway line for handling liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and to understand directly the risk of handling LPG on the special railway line. Firstly, this paper introduces the present situation of transportation safety of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at home and abroad and the transportation status of railway dangerous goods, and analyzes the cause of formation of the accidents of transportation of dangerous goods. Then the physical and chemical properties of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and the harmfulness existing in the transportation process are analyzed, and the technical conditions of transportation safety of LPG, the related technical equipment and management system of the special railway line are studied. Considering comprehensively the risk factors of railway transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the risk factors affecting the safety of LPG railway transportation are analyzed layer by layer, and then combined with the existing relevant evaluation system in the comprehensive analysis of railway dangerous goods transportation safety, The evaluation index system of LPG railway transportation safety is established. According to the established evaluation index system of LPG railway transportation safety and the BP neural network optimized by L-M algorithm, an optimized neural network model is established. The training sample is constructed by consulting the relevant data of the special line and the expert scoring method. The training sample is trained by the neural network toolbox in MATLAB software. The feasibility of the neural network is verified by analyzing the training results. Finally, the trained BP neural network is used to evaluate the safety of the model and verify the practicability of the model.
