基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的液化石油氣鐵路運(yùn)輸安全評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,對(duì)危險(xiǎn)品特別是液化石油氣的需求在逐年增長(zhǎng),,而液化石油氣的生產(chǎn)地和使用地一般不在同一區(qū)域,這就需要公路、鐵路等運(yùn)輸方式來(lái)運(yùn)輸。在通過(guò)鐵路運(yùn)輸液化石油氣的過(guò)程中所涉及到的運(yùn)輸環(huán)節(jié)較多,難度較大,且對(duì)專用線的辦理?xiàng)l件要求較高,因此鐵路運(yùn)輸液化石油氣的危險(xiǎn)性也較高。所以,對(duì)辦理液化石油氣的鐵路專用線進(jìn)行運(yùn)輸安全現(xiàn)狀綜合分析,直觀地了解鐵路專用線辦理液化石油氣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性就有非常重要的意義。 本文首先介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外液化石油氣運(yùn)輸安全研究現(xiàn)狀和鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸狀況,分析了危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸事故的成因機(jī)理;然后對(duì)液化石油氣的理化性質(zhì)及運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中存在的危害性進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)液化石油氣運(yùn)輸安全技術(shù)條件以及專用線(專用鐵路)相關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)備、管理制度等方面進(jìn)行研究,綜合考慮鐵路運(yùn)輸液化石油氣的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,對(duì)影響液化石油氣鐵路運(yùn)輸安全的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素進(jìn)行逐層分析,再結(jié)合現(xiàn)行的鐵路危險(xiǎn)貨物運(yùn)輸安全綜合分析中的相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)體系,建立具有針對(duì)性和較為全面的液化石油氣鐵路運(yùn)輸安全現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)所建立的液化石油氣鐵路運(yùn)輸安全現(xiàn)狀評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并采用通過(guò)L-M算法優(yōu)化過(guò)的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),建立較為優(yōu)化的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型。通過(guò)查閱相關(guān)專用線資料以及專家打分法構(gòu)建了訓(xùn)練樣本,使用MATLAB軟件中的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具箱對(duì)該樣本進(jìn)行訓(xùn)練,通過(guò)分析訓(xùn)練結(jié)果來(lái)驗(yàn)證神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的可行性。最后應(yīng)用訓(xùn)練好的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行安全評(píng)價(jià),驗(yàn)證該模型的實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the demand for dangerous goods, especially liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), is increasing year by year, but the place of production and use of LPG is generally not in the same area, which requires road, railway and other transportation modes to transport. In the process of transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) by railway, the transportation links are more difficult, and the handling conditions of special railway line are higher, so the risk of railway transportation of LPG is also higher. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the present situation of transportation safety of the special railway line for handling liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and to understand directly the risk of handling LPG on the special railway line. Firstly, this paper introduces the present situation of transportation safety of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at home and abroad and the transportation status of railway dangerous goods, and analyzes the cause of formation of the accidents of transportation of dangerous goods. Then the physical and chemical properties of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and the harmfulness existing in the transportation process are analyzed, and the technical conditions of transportation safety of LPG, the related technical equipment and management system of the special railway line are studied. Considering comprehensively the risk factors of railway transportation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the risk factors affecting the safety of LPG railway transportation are analyzed layer by layer, and then combined with the existing relevant evaluation system in the comprehensive analysis of railway dangerous goods transportation safety, The evaluation index system of LPG railway transportation safety is established. According to the established evaluation index system of LPG railway transportation safety and the BP neural network optimized by L-M algorithm, an optimized neural network model is established. The training sample is constructed by consulting the relevant data of the special line and the expert scoring method. The training sample is trained by the neural network toolbox in MATLAB software. The feasibility of the neural network is verified by analyzing the training results. Finally, the trained BP neural network is used to evaluate the safety of the model and verify the practicability of the model.
