【摘要】:海陽(yáng)港區(qū)是煙臺(tái)港的重要港區(qū),作為海陽(yáng)市臨港產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)和產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的重要依托,自1980年開(kāi)港,之后長(zhǎng)達(dá)二十余年內(nèi)處于基本停滯狀態(tài)。目前,海陽(yáng)港區(qū)的年吞吐能力遠(yuǎn)不能支撐海陽(yáng)港區(qū)未來(lái)的發(fā)展,也不能適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和船舶大型化發(fā)展的要求,對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展將形成制約。海陽(yáng)港區(qū)具有優(yōu)越的地理位置和良好的建港條件,適合建設(shè)大型深水碼頭和航道,從促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和適應(yīng)吞吐量發(fā)展需求的角度,中交二航海陽(yáng)建設(shè)發(fā)展有限公司擬在東部作業(yè)區(qū)(地理坐標(biāo)位為E121。15'-121。25'、N36。30'-36045')建設(shè)“煙臺(tái)港海陽(yáng)港區(qū)東作業(yè)區(qū)1#、2#通用泊位工程項(xiàng)目”以及與之配套的5萬(wàn)噸級(jí)航道工程。 本文依據(jù)海陽(yáng)港區(qū)東作業(yè)區(qū)5萬(wàn)噸級(jí)航道工程方案,首先,結(jié)合航道工程所處地理位置、工程概況對(duì)港口航道環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)航道未來(lái)的交通流發(fā)展進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)分析;其次,根據(jù)航道工程平面布置方案,對(duì)航道設(shè)計(jì)要素包括航道有效寬度以及航道通航船型進(jìn)行研究;再次,分析航道工程與自然環(huán)境、港口環(huán)境、交通環(huán)境的相互影響程度;最后,采用模糊綜合評(píng)判的方法對(duì)5萬(wàn)噸級(jí)航道通航安全進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),判定為較安全。同時(shí)指出安全是一個(gè)相對(duì)的概念,各種因素可能隨著環(huán)境改變而改變,安全保障措施甚至?xí)䦟?dǎo)致事故的發(fā)生。本文的分析,可以為煙臺(tái)港海陽(yáng)港區(qū)東作業(yè)區(qū)5萬(wàn)噸級(jí)航道工程通航安全提供參考依據(jù),以保證船舶的航行安全。
[Abstract]:Haiyang Port area is an important port area of Yantai Port. As an important support of industrial development and industrial agglomeration of Haiyang port, Haiyang Port was opened in 1980 and has been in a state of stagnation for more than 20 years. At present, the annual throughput capacity of Haiyang Port area can not support the future development of Haiyang Port area, nor can it adapt to the requirements of economic globalization and large-scale development of ships, which will restrict the development of local economy. The Haiyang Port area, with its superior geographical location and favorable conditions for port construction, is suitable for the construction of large deepwater wharfs and waterways in order to promote local economic development and adapt to the needs of throughput development. Zhongjiao Erhang Haiyang Construction and Development Co., Ltd is planning to build the "1 #2# general berth project" in the eastern operation area (with geographical coordinates of E121.15- 121.25N36.30- 36045N) and its matching 50,000 dwt waterway project. In this paper, according to the project scheme of 50,000 ton waterway in Haiyang Port East Operation area, firstly, combining with the location of waterway engineering, the paper analyzes the waterway environment of the port, and forecasts the future traffic flow of the waterway; secondly, it analyzes the traffic flow in the future. According to the layout of waterway engineering, the design elements of waterway including channel effective width and navigation ship type are studied. Thirdly, the interaction between waterway engineering and natural environment, port environment and traffic environment is analyzed. Finally, A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the navigable safety of 50 000 ton waterway. At the same time, it is pointed out that safety is a relative concept, and various factors may change with the change of environment, and safety measures may even lead to accidents. The analysis of this paper can provide a reference basis for the navigation safety of the 50,000 dwt waterway project in Haiyang Port, Yantai Port, in order to ensure the navigation safety of the ship.
