【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)在廣大科技人員及煤礦員工的努力下繼續(xù)保持總體穩(wěn)定、趨于好轉(zhuǎn)的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)，而煤礦安全生產(chǎn)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為“煤炭安全衛(wèi)士”，在煤炭安全生產(chǎn)中發(fā)揮著極其重要的作用，它作為企業(yè)管理層（ERP）和控制層（DCS）的紐帶，不僅減少了煤礦安全事故的發(fā)生，也為企業(yè)帶來(lái)了實(shí)在的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本文以山西省柳林縣賀西煤礦數(shù)字化礦山系統(tǒng)為研究背景，探討了煤礦安全生產(chǎn)綜合監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。該安全監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)以GE公司的IFIX軟件、IH和SQL Server2005作為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，以VB和SQL為開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言。本文首先在查閱了大量資料的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)煤礦安全生產(chǎn)綜合監(jiān)控信息系統(tǒng)的研究意義、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及它在將來(lái)一段時(shí)間內(nèi)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)；其次對(duì)系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)和報(bào)表的需求及網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進(jìn)行了分析，，將系統(tǒng)分成若干個(gè)模塊來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)；然后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集器的數(shù)據(jù)采集和冗余配置、各個(gè)模塊功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)、IH數(shù)據(jù)的采集和歸檔分別予以設(shè)計(jì)；接著介紹了數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)，包括該模塊的架構(gòu)搭建、數(shù)據(jù)信息的查詢(xún)、趨勢(shì)圖及監(jiān)控信息發(fā)布，為了減少客戶(hù)數(shù)據(jù)查詢(xún)的響應(yīng)時(shí)間，本系統(tǒng)采用時(shí)間調(diào)度和事件調(diào)度對(duì)IH中一些數(shù)據(jù)信息經(jīng)過(guò)處理后轉(zhuǎn)存到SQL Server中，方便調(diào)用；最后分別對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各子系統(tǒng)及報(bào)表模塊進(jìn)行調(diào)試，驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)的正確性。
[Abstract]:At present, with the efforts of the vast numbers of scientific and technical personnel and coal mine employees, the coal mine safety production in our country continues to maintain overall stability and tends to improve the development trend, while the coal mine safety production monitoring system is regarded as the "coal safety guard". It plays an extremely important role in the coal safety production. As a link between the management of the enterprise and the control layer, it not only reduces the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents, but also brings real economic benefits to the enterprise. Based on the digital mine system of Hexi Coal Mine in Liulin County, Shanxi Province, this paper discusses the design and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring information system for coal mine safety production. The security monitoring system is developed on the platform of GE company's IFIX software (IH and SQL Server2005) and VB and SQL. On the basis of consulting a large amount of data, this paper first studies the significance of the comprehensive monitoring information system for coal mine safety production, the present situation and its development trend in the future, and secondly, the overall structure of the system. The requirement and network model of the system and the report form are analyzed, and the system is divided into several modules to realize, and then the data acquisition and redundant configuration of the data collector of the system are analyzed. Then the design and implementation of the data report module are introduced, including the structure of the module, the query of data information, the trend map and the release of monitoring information. In order to reduce the response time of customer data query, the system adopts time scheduling and event scheduling to transfer some data information to SQL Server after processing. Finally, the system subsystem and report module are debugged to verify the correctness of the system.
