東榮礦區(qū)近距離煤層群開采煤層自燃防治技術(shù)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:煤炭是我國主要能源,占一次性能源消費(fèi)量的70%以上。但我國煤層自燃十分嚴(yán)重,對煤炭生產(chǎn)的安全威脅很大。近距離煤層群開采在煤炭企業(yè)中比較普遍,,雙鴨山礦區(qū)多個煤田都存在近距離煤層群開采現(xiàn)象。 本文針對雙鴨山礦區(qū)東榮礦區(qū)近距離煤層群開采煤層自燃現(xiàn)象為研究背景,開展了煤樣自然發(fā)火實(shí)驗(yàn)、煤自燃性程序升溫實(shí)驗(yàn)等,測定了雙鴨山煤自燃特性參數(shù),得出了東榮二礦17層煤平均粒度為3.32mm時,以30.5℃起始溫度時的實(shí)驗(yàn)自然發(fā)火期為36天,以20℃起始溫度時的實(shí)驗(yàn)自然發(fā)火期為46天。并確定了東榮二礦17層煤自燃的下限氧濃度、極限漏風(fēng)強(qiáng)度和極限浮煤厚度等自燃極限參數(shù),為自燃危險區(qū)域判定奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 系統(tǒng)分析了雙鴨山礦區(qū)近距離煤層群開采自燃規(guī)律,結(jié)合復(fù)合膠體具有良好的降溫、滅火、充填堵漏等性能,東榮三礦綜合運(yùn)用膠體防滅火技術(shù)與均壓、堵漏等技術(shù),取得良好地防滅火效果。提出了液態(tài)二氧化碳滅火灌漿量的計(jì)算方法,并在實(shí)踐中驗(yàn)證了該計(jì)算方法的正確性,應(yīng)用液態(tài)二氧化碳成功地處理了東榮二礦近距離煤層群開采頂部采空區(qū)煤柱自燃火災(zāi),保障了安全生產(chǎn)取得了良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會效益
[Abstract]:Coal is the main energy in China, accounting for more than 70% of the one-time energy consumption. However, coal seam spontaneous combustion in China is very serious, which poses a great threat to the safety of coal production. Close coal seam group mining is common in coal enterprises, and there is a phenomenon of close distance coal seam group mining in many coal fields in Shuangyashan mining area. In this paper, based on the research background of spontaneous combustion of coal seams in Dongrong mining area of Shuangyashan mining area, the spontaneous combustion experiment of coal samples and the temperature programmed test of coal spontaneous combustion are carried out, and the parameters of spontaneous combustion characteristics of Shuangyashan coal are measured. When the average grain size of 17 coal layers in Dongrong No.2 Mine is 3.32mm, the experimental spontaneous combustion period is 36 days at the starting temperature of 30.5 鈩
