【摘要】：基于信息技術(shù),結(jié)合神華智能礦山示范礦井的建設(shè),對(duì)《煤礦安全規(guī)程》部分條款提出了修改、補(bǔ)充和完善的建議:提出使用柴油機(jī)無(wú)軌膠輪車(chē)運(yùn)輸?shù)牡V井CO最高允許體積分?jǐn)?shù)為0.005 0%;具備互鎖功能且具有反向功能的自動(dòng)風(fēng)門(mén)可不設(shè)反向風(fēng)門(mén);主要通風(fēng)機(jī)及其附屬設(shè)備具備遙測(cè)、遙信、遙控、自動(dòng)切換、工業(yè)視頻監(jiān)視功能,且每班有配有移動(dòng)通信設(shè)備的值班人員巡回檢查,并能夠在10min內(nèi)趕到主通風(fēng)機(jī)房,可不設(shè)專(zhuān)職司機(jī);煤礦安全監(jiān)控設(shè)備可與工業(yè)以太環(huán)網(wǎng)共用光纜,但不應(yīng)同信道;低瓦斯礦井進(jìn)風(fēng)(全風(fēng)壓通風(fēng))的主要運(yùn)輸巷道內(nèi)可使用礦用一般型柴油機(jī)無(wú)軌膠輪車(chē);架線無(wú)軌膠輪車(chē)使用的直流電壓不得超過(guò)1 500V;采區(qū)用電設(shè)備電壓超過(guò)3 300V時(shí),必須制定專(zhuān)門(mén)的安全措施;實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)和控制的變電所可不設(shè)專(zhuān)人值班,無(wú)人值班的變電硐室應(yīng)具備遙測(cè)、遙信、遙控、遙視功能。
[Abstract]:Based on information technology and the construction of Shenhua intelligent mine demonstration mine, some articles of Coal Mine Safety regulations are proposed to amend. The suggestions of supplement and perfection are as follows: the maximum permissible volume fraction of CO in coal mine transported by diesel engine trackless rubber wheel car is 0.005 and the automatic air door with interlocking function and reverse function can not be set reverse air door; The main ventilators and their ancillary equipment have the functions of telemetry, remote communication, remote control, automatic switching, industrial video surveillance, and each shift has the duty personnel with mobile communication equipment to tour and check, and can get to the main fan room in the 10min, The coal mine safety monitoring equipment can share the optical cable with the industrial Ethernet ring network, but should not be the same channel; the main transportation roadway of low gas mine air intake (full air pressure ventilation) can use mine diesel engine trackless rubber wheel vehicle; The DC voltage used by the overhead trackless rubber wheel car shall not exceed 1 500 V; when the voltage of the electric equipment in the mining area exceeds 3 300 V, special safety measures must be drawn up; and the substation which realizes the remote monitoring and control may not have a special person on duty, The unattended substation chamber should have the functions of telemetry, remote communication, remote control and remote viewing.
