【摘要】：本文對安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究背景、研究意義、研究內(nèi)容和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述。安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化創(chuàng)建是一次提高全國企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)管理水平的活動,在全國企業(yè)傷亡事故量較大的情況下,安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的開展是有必要的和具有重要意義的。但是在安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化活動開展的過程中,也出現(xiàn)了一些問題。本文基于長沙市安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化創(chuàng)建調(diào)研情況,對其進(jìn)行深入分析和研究。本文介紹了安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的含義、考評的流程、相關(guān)考評標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。通過對考評流程的詳細(xì)概述,為研究其體系中存在的問題提供技術(shù)支撐,通過對所選用的研究理論介紹,為安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化研究提供理論支撐。筆者對長沙市40家企業(yè)走訪調(diào)研,統(tǒng)計(jì)了調(diào)研企業(yè)的基本信息情況,其中小型企業(yè)占調(diào)研企業(yè)的絕大部分,從而為本文研究小型企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化提供了研究基礎(chǔ)。本文通過統(tǒng)計(jì)企業(yè)、咨詢服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、評審組織單位和監(jiān)督單位的基本信息情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的各種問題,進(jìn)而對其進(jìn)行分析和研究,并采用系統(tǒng)學(xué)方法提出優(yōu)化解決的方案。本文運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)綜合和系統(tǒng)分析的方法構(gòu)建了安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)行機(jī)制模型,并對其運(yùn)行機(jī)制提出優(yōu)化措施。本研究通過對長沙市共40家調(diào)研企業(yè)的考評分?jǐn)?shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)其空項(xiàng)分對考評結(jié)果有較大影響,因而選用回歸分析方法對其進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步分析,結(jié)果顯示空項(xiàng)分對考評結(jié)果影響顯著。本文基于實(shí)際的調(diào)研情況,提出了新增否決項(xiàng)內(nèi)容,并運(yùn)用層次分析法對安全生產(chǎn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化考評指標(biāo)進(jìn)行重新賦值,最終得到了較為合理的結(jié)果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the background, significance, research content and current research situation of safety production standardization are summarized. The establishment of safety production standardization is an activity to improve the level of safety production management in national enterprises. It is necessary and significant to carry out the standardization of production safety under the circumstances of the large number of casualties in enterprises throughout the country. However, in the process of safety production standardization activities, there are also some problems. Based on the investigation and research on the standardization of production safety in Changsha, this paper makes a deep analysis and research on it. This paper introduces the meaning of production safety standardization, evaluation process, relevant evaluation standards and relevant theoretical basis. Through a detailed overview of the evaluation process, it provides technical support for the study of the problems existing in the system, and provides theoretical support for the standardization of production safety through the introduction of the selected research theory. The author visited 40 enterprises in Changsha and counted the basic information of the research enterprises. The small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for most of the research enterprises, which provided the research foundation for the study of the safety production standardization of the small enterprises in this paper. In this paper, the basic information of enterprises, consulting service organizations, organizations and supervision units are reviewed, and various problems are found out, then the problems are analyzed and studied, and the optimal solutions are put forward by using the systematics method. In this paper, the system synthesis and system analysis methods are used to construct the model of standardized operation mechanism for safe production, and the optimization measures are put forward. Through the statistics and analysis of the evaluation scores of 40 research enterprises in Changsha, the results show that the empty items have a great influence on the evaluation results, so the regression analysis method is selected to further analyze the evaluation results. The results showed that the empty items had a significant effect on the evaluation results. Based on the actual investigation, this paper puts forward the content of new veto item, and applies AHP to reassign the evaluation index of safety production standardization. Finally, the reasonable result is obtained.
