基于定向鉆機(jī)及隨鉆測量系統(tǒng)的定向長鉆孔成孔工藝

【摘要】:針對(duì)大型高瓦斯礦井的鉆掘交替矛盾日益突出難題,詳細(xì)介紹了定向鉆機(jī)的組成部分和工作原理。定向鉆進(jìn)裝備主要包括全液壓動(dòng)力頭式履帶鉆機(jī)、孔底測量探管、通纜鉆桿、孔口監(jiān)視器等主要配套設(shè)備,通過基于計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的孔口監(jiān)視器對(duì)螺桿鉆具反扭角進(jìn)行定量計(jì)算來實(shí)現(xiàn)鉆孔的定向鉆進(jìn)和方位控制。最后,進(jìn)行了工業(yè)試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:主孔深度≥500m,鉆孔成孔率達(dá)80%,各個(gè)參數(shù)均達(dá)到預(yù)期指標(biāo),可以滿足煤礦實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的需要。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly prominent contradiction between drilling and driving in large and high gas mines, this paper introduces in detail the component and working principle of directional drilling rig. The directional drilling equipment mainly includes the full hydraulic power head crawler drill, the hole bottom measuring and detecting pipe, the cable drill pipe, the hole mouth monitor and so on. The directional drilling and azimuth control are realized by the quantitative calculation of the reverse torsion angle of the screw drill tool based on the orifice monitor of the computer automatic control system.
