煤層增透與頂板弱化聚能爆破技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文從聚能裝藥聚能效應(yīng)出發(fā),對(duì)煤巖聚能爆破致裂機(jī)理進(jìn)行研究,分析了聚能爆破過(guò)程、爆破裂隙起裂擴(kuò)展條件以及爆破裂隙分區(qū)特征。同時(shí)對(duì)聚能爆破炸藥的安全性和爆破作業(yè)環(huán)境隱患進(jìn)行分析,將聚能爆破施工工藝劃分為選址、打鉆、裝藥、封孔、起爆5個(gè)步驟,針對(duì)施工過(guò)程中可能出現(xiàn)的事故采取相應(yīng)的安全技術(shù)措施,保證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)的順利進(jìn)行。以通化礦業(yè)(集團(tuán))有限責(zé)任公司松樹(shù)煤礦為試驗(yàn)區(qū),對(duì)礦井瓦斯地質(zhì)規(guī)律進(jìn)行研究,分析了地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、煤層賦存、瓦斯抽放概況、煤與瓦斯突出特征及地質(zhì)原因。在此基礎(chǔ)上將深孔聚能爆破應(yīng)用于低透氣性煤層增透和堅(jiān)硬難垮落頂板弱化,設(shè)計(jì)了試驗(yàn)方案并順利進(jìn)行了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,聚能爆破煤層增透作用顯著,而且為解決堅(jiān)硬難垮落頂板大面積懸頂提供了技術(shù)和方法,保證了工作面安全生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the accumulative energy effect of charged charge, the mechanism of coalbed explosive fracturing is studied, and the process of explosive blasting, the conditions of crack initiation and propagation and the characteristics of blasting crack zoning are analyzed. At the same time, the safety of shaped explosive and the hidden danger of blasting working environment are analyzed. The construction technology of shaped blasting is divided into five steps: site selection, drilling, charging, sealing hole and initiating blasting. According to the possible accidents in the construction process, the corresponding safety technical measures are taken to ensure the smooth progress of the field test. Taking Songshu Coal Mine of Tonghua Mining (Group) Co., Ltd as the experimental area, this paper studies the gas geological law of the mine, and analyzes the geological structure, the occurrence of coal seam, the general situation of gas drainage, the characteristics of coal and gas outburst and the geological reasons. On the basis of this, the deep hole shaped energy blasting is applied to the low permeability coal seam and the hard and difficult roof is weakened. The test scheme is designed and the field test is carried out successfully. The results show that the anti-reflection effect of coalbed with shaped blasting is obvious, and the technology and method are provided for solving the problem of hard and difficult roof overhanging, and the safety of working face is ensured.
