【摘要】：正2015年12月3日,國家安全監(jiān)管總局局長楊煥寧簽署《煤礦重大生產(chǎn)安全事故隱患判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(總局令第85號(hào)),并予公布,自公布之日起施行。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定了15個(gè)方面的煤礦重大事故隱患:超能力、超強(qiáng)度或者超定員組織生產(chǎn);瓦斯超限作業(yè);煤與瓦斯突出礦井,未依照規(guī)定實(shí)施防突出措施;高瓦斯礦井未建立瓦斯抽采系統(tǒng)和監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),或者不能正常運(yùn)行;通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)不完善、不可靠;有嚴(yán)重水患,未采取有效措施;超層越界開
[Abstract]:On December 3, 2015, Yang Huanning, director of the State Administration of Safety Supervision and Administration, signed the Standard for the determination of Hidden dangers of Major production Safety Accidents in Coal Mines (decree No. 85 of the General Administration), which was promulgated and effective as of the date of promulgation.
