多層環(huán)形流道阻塞事故三維數(shù)值分析初步探索

【摘要】:由環(huán)形燃料板組成的多層環(huán)形燃料組件容易發(fā)生流道阻塞事故,對流道阻塞情況下的流動與換熱特性進(jìn)行研究非常有必要。本文對多層環(huán)形流道阻塞事故在進(jìn)行三維數(shù)值分析研究中的基礎(chǔ)問題進(jìn)行探討,驗(yàn)證尺度化壁面函數(shù)在流量持續(xù)降低工況下的適用性。對流道入口發(fā)生90%堵塞的工況,分別運(yùn)用速度入口與壓力入口的邊界條件進(jìn)行計算,證明壓力入口是流道阻塞事故計算流體動力學(xué)(CFD)研究保守、可信的邊界條件。對堵塞工況進(jìn)行瞬態(tài)與穩(wěn)態(tài)計算,分析流量與功率的再分配。
[Abstract]:The multi-layer annular fuel assembly composed of annular fuel plates is prone to flow channel blockage, so it is necessary to study the flow and heat transfer characteristics in the case of channel blockage. In this paper, the basic problem of multi-layer annular channel blocking accident in three-dimensional numerical analysis is discussed, and the applicability of scaling wall function under the condition of continuous flow reduction is verified. In the case of 90% blockage at the inlet of the channel, the boundary conditions of the velocity inlet and the pressure inlet are calculated, respectively. It is proved that the pressure inlet is a conservative and reliable boundary condition studied by CFD. The transient and steady state calculation of the blockage condition is carried out, and the redistribution of flow and power is analyzed.
