紙噴霧離子源質譜對易燃液體的快速分析方法研究

【摘要】:為提高對易燃液體的快速檢測分析能力,在經典紙噴霧質譜的基礎上,發(fā)展建立了三種新型的基于紙噴霧離子化的質譜方法,分別為基于針尖輔助紙噴霧質譜、基于導電紙輔助紙噴霧質譜、基于金屬網輔助紙噴霧質譜。結果顯示,在優(yōu)化的實驗條件下,可以迅速檢測到樣品中的目標化合物質子化峰。對于汽油樣品,目標化合物主要是烷基吡啶類同系物;對于柴油樣品,目標化合物主要是幾種系列的含氮雜環(huán)芳香族化合物的同系物。對汽油和柴油樣品的檢測濃度均能達到5×10~3ppm。這三種敞開式離子源質譜方法在對易燃液體的分析中,具有選擇性好、無需樣品前處理、分析迅速的特點。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the ability of rapid detection and analysis of flammable liquids, three new methods based on paper spray ionization were developed based on the classical paper spray mass spectrometry. Based on conductive paper-assisted paper spray-mass spectrometry, metal mesh-assisted paper spray-mass spectrometry. The results show that the protonation peaks of the target compounds can be detected rapidly under the optimized experimental conditions. For gasoline samples, the target compounds are mainly alkylpyridine homologues, and for diesel oil samples, the target compounds are mainly homologues of several series of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic aromatic compounds. The detection concentration of gasoline and diesel oil samples can reach 5 脳 10 ~ (3) ppm. These three open ion source mass spectrometry methods are characterized by good selectivity, no sample pretreatment and rapid analysis in the analysis of flammable liquids.
