高揮發(fā)分煤塵對(duì)瓦斯爆炸極限的影響

【摘要】:瓦斯爆炸是影響煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重大災(zāi)害之一,煤塵的存在會(huì)影響瓦斯的爆炸極限。運(yùn)用20 L爆炸特性測(cè)試系統(tǒng)研究了高揮發(fā)分煤塵對(duì)瓦斯爆炸極限的影響,并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)煤樣在40~260℃進(jìn)行了析出氣體分析。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在有煤塵參與的條件下,瓦斯爆炸上限變得更低,當(dāng)加入100 g/m3煤塵后,瓦斯爆炸上限下降到了12.8%。在爆炸下限附近,煤塵對(duì)瓦斯爆炸有促進(jìn)作用,煤塵的存在使得瓦斯爆炸下限會(huì)變得更低,加入100 g/m3煤塵后,瓦斯爆炸的下限下降到了3.1%。
