液化四氟乙烷小孔泄漏試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:采用高速攝影技術(shù),考察了液化四氟乙烷發(fā)生小孔泄漏時(shí),其水平泄漏和垂直泄漏的初始云團(tuán)演化行為、泄漏的質(zhì)量流率、噴射速度和噴射角,并與理論計(jì)算公式進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。結(jié)果表明:水平噴射兩相云團(tuán)尾部出現(xiàn)渦流,渦流大幅加快了云團(tuán)向空氣中擴(kuò)散的速率;垂直噴射的兩相云團(tuán)在地面形成液池,液池大幅增加了液化氣體向空氣中蒸發(fā)的速率。水平泄漏試驗(yàn)的噴射角與容器內(nèi)超壓變化規(guī)律相似,泄放初期噴射角逐漸增大,經(jīng)歷一段平坦期,到泄放末期噴射角減小。水平泄漏和垂直泄漏的初始噴射速度分別為25 m/s和20 m/s,與理論值26.6 m/s基本吻合。水平泄漏的質(zhì)量流率的試驗(yàn)值和理論值分別為0.0598 kg/s和0.0684 kg/s,垂直泄漏的分別為0.0472 kg/s和0.059 6 kg/s,結(jié)果對(duì)比基本吻合,推薦的泄漏質(zhì)量流率和小孔噴射速度公式可以用于液化四氟乙烷小孔泄漏。
[Abstract]:The initial cloud evolution behavior, mass flow rate, jet velocity and jet angle of horizontal and vertical leakage of liquefied tetrafluoroethane were investigated by means of high speed photography, and compared with the theoretical calculation formula. The results show that the eddy current appears in the tail of the horizontal jet two-phase cloud cluster, which greatly speeds up the diffusion rate of the cloud cluster into the air, and the vertical jet two-phase cloud cluster forms a liquid pool on the ground, which greatly increases the evaporation rate of the liquefied gas into the air. The injection angle of the horizontal leakage test is similar to that of the overpressure in the vessel, and the jet angle increases gradually at the initial stage of release, and then decreases at the end of the discharge period after a flattening period. The initial injection velocities of horizontal leakage and vertical leakage are 25 m / s and 20 m / s respectively, which are in good agreement with the theoretical value of 26.6 m / s. The experimental and theoretical values of the mass flow rate of horizontal leakage are 0.0598 kg/s and 0.0684 kg / s, respectively, and the vertical leakage are 0.0472 kg/s and 0.059 6 kg / s, respectively. The recommended leakage mass flow rate and pore injection velocity formula can be used for liquefied tetrafluoroethane pore leakage.
