【摘要】：經(jīng)濟激勵是創(chuàng)造安全效益的重要方法之一。本論文主要采用文獻檢索、理論分析和現(xiàn)場調研相結合的研究方法,對現(xiàn)有的安全管理的經(jīng)濟激勵方法進行研究分析,從中篩選出具有進一步研究價值的方法,對所篩選出的方法的理論基礎、作用原理、運行過程進行研究,對其所產(chǎn)生的安全管理效果進行評估,對其存在的問題進行分析,給出解決的方法,并對方法的可持續(xù)性及實用性進行研究。對我國煤炭生產(chǎn)企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的安全管理的經(jīng)濟激勵方法進行分析后,根據(jù)正向激勵與負向激勵原理,基于方法自身因素與社會因素,研究得出“雙基”考核、“安全伙伴”、“安全股票”與“隱患買賣”四種安全管理的經(jīng)濟激勵方法具有進一步科學研究與評估的價值。
[Abstract]:Economic incentive is one of the important methods to create safety benefit. This paper mainly uses the research methods of literature retrieval, theoretical analysis and field investigation to study and analyze the existing economic incentive methods of safety management, and screen out the methods with further research value from them. The theoretical basis, action principle, operation process of the selected methods are studied, the safety management effect is evaluated, the existing problems are analyzed, and the solutions are given. The sustainability and practicability of the method are also studied. Based on the analysis of the existing economic incentive methods of safety management in coal production enterprises in China, according to the principle of positive and negative incentives, and based on the method itself and social factors, the paper concludes that "double base" examination, "safety partner", The four economic incentive methods of "safe stock" and "hidden trouble trading" have the value of further scientific research and evaluation.
