【摘要】：特種作業(yè)在建筑行業(yè)中屬于高危作業(yè),事故頻發(fā),危害極大。分析特種作業(yè)事故現(xiàn)狀,找出重要的影響因素,并提出相應的控制措施具有很大的現(xiàn)實意義。根據(jù)4M理論,將特種作業(yè)安全影響因素劃分為個人、設備、作業(yè)、管理四個維度。根據(jù)文獻閱讀和專家修正,提取12個影響因子。通過走訪南京市兩項工程并對專家進行問卷調查,運用三標度法得到各因子之間的直接影響關系,構建DEMATEL模型,對特種作業(yè)安全影響因素的綜合結果進行分析。數(shù)據(jù)結果表明,安全技能、安全態(tài)度、領導重視、身心素質、安全培訓等在整個系統(tǒng)中非常重要。最后,針對這些關鍵因素,提出完善安全培訓、提高領導重視程度、以人為本三方面對策。
[Abstract]:Special operations in the construction industry belong to high-risk operations, frequent accidents, great harm. It is of great practical significance to analyze the present situation of special operation accidents, to find out the important influencing factors and to put forward the corresponding control measures. According to the 4 M theory, the factors affecting the safety of special operations are divided into four dimensions: individual, equipment, operation and management. According to literature reading and expert revision, 12 influencing factors were extracted. By visiting two projects in Nanjing and questionnaire survey among experts, the direct influence relationship between each factor is obtained by using the three-scale method, and the DEMATEL model is constructed, and the comprehensive results of the factors affecting the safety of special operations are analyzed. The results show that safety skills, safety attitude, leadership attention, physical and mental quality, safety training are very important in the whole system. Finally, aiming at these key factors, the author puts forward three countermeasures: perfecting safety training, enhancing leaders' attention and putting people first.
