李嘴孜礦掏穴鉆孔預(yù)抽瓦斯技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:本文針對李嘴孜礦A1煤層透氣性差、瓦斯難以抽放等問題開展掏穴鉆孔預(yù)抽瓦斯技術(shù)的研究。以淮南礦業(yè)集團李嘴孜煤礦A1煤層為試驗對象。首先從理論上分析了瓦斯在煤層中運移的基本規(guī)律、瓦斯在煤層中流動的基本參數(shù)與瓦斯在煤層中的流動狀態(tài)。然后,在試驗現(xiàn)場測出了李嘴孜煤礦A1煤層瓦斯的基礎(chǔ)參數(shù):煤層原始瓦斯最大壓力為1.995Mpa,原始瓦斯含量為6.753m3/t,透氣性系數(shù)為0.055963m2/MPa2.d,瓦斯流量衰減系數(shù)0.0357dq。在采用瓦斯壓力降低法在現(xiàn)場對掏穴擴孔前后鉆孔的抽采影響范圍進行了測試,抽采影響半徑由掏穴前的3.81m到掏穴后的4.32m,根據(jù)得到的抽采半徑對鉆孔進行優(yōu)化布置:將A1煤層鉆孔布置由4mx4m優(yōu)化為6mx6m網(wǎng)格化進行,這樣既減少了鉆孔的施工量,又提高了瓦斯抽放效率。最后對李嘴孜礦A1煤層掏穴鉆孔預(yù)抽瓦斯的消突效果進行了考察驗證,進行了煤層殘余瓦斯壓力和殘余瓦斯含量的測定,結(jié)果為:殘余瓦斯壓力0.54MPa,殘余瓦斯含量1.35m3/t,且均低于《防治煤與瓦斯突出規(guī)定》中的臨界值,證明了掏穴鉆孔預(yù)抽瓦斯有良好的消突效果,能夠保證礦井的安全高效生產(chǎn),并為后期煤巷的掘進提供了保障。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of poor gas permeability and difficult gas drainage in coal seam A1 of Lizuizhi Coal Mine, this paper studies the pre-drainage technology of drilling holes. Taking A 1 coal seam of Lizuizze Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group as test object. Firstly, the basic law of gas migration in coal seam, the basic parameters of gas flowing in coal seam and the flow state of gas in coal seam are analyzed theoretically. Then, the basic parameters of A1 coal seam gas in Lizuizi coal mine were measured: the maximum gas pressure of the coal seam was 1.995Mpa. the original gas content was 6.753m3 / t, the permeability coefficient was 0.055963m2 / MPa2.dand the gas flow attenuation coefficient was 0.0357dq. In this paper, the influence range of borehole extraction before and after hole opening is tested by gas pressure reduction method in the field. The influence radius of extraction is from 3.81 m before extraction to 4.32 m after caving. According to the obtained extraction radius, the borehole layout is optimized from 4mx4m to 6mx6m in A1 coal seam, which not only reduces the construction amount of borehole, but also reduces the construction capacity of borehole. The efficiency of gas drainage is improved. Finally, the outburst suppression effect of pre-drainage in A _ 1 coal seam in Lizuizi Coal Mine is investigated and verified, and the residual gas pressure and residual gas content in coal seam are measured. The results are as follows: the residual gas pressure is 0.54 MPA, the residual gas content is 1.35 m3 / t, and is lower than the critical value in the regulation of prevention and control of coal and gas outburst, which proves that the pre-drainage of gas by drilling holes has good outburst suppression effect and can ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine. And for the later coal roadway excavation provided a guarantee.
