基于情景分析的生產(chǎn)安全事故應(yīng)急物資的協(xié)調(diào)儲備優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:為了研究應(yīng)急物資的實物儲備與協(xié)議企業(yè)生產(chǎn)能力儲備相結(jié)合的儲備模式協(xié)調(diào)性,降低企業(yè)自身應(yīng)對突發(fā)生產(chǎn)安全事故的物資儲備成本,建立多情景生產(chǎn)安全事故下的企業(yè)應(yīng)急物資實物儲備場所和協(xié)議儲備企業(yè)選址的協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化模型,利用Lingo軟件進行求解,并以石油儲罐火災(zāi)的應(yīng)急物資儲備為背景設(shè)計算例,驗證相關(guān)模型及方法的有效性。結(jié)果表明:提出的企業(yè)應(yīng)急物資儲備體系,能夠在降低應(yīng)急物資儲備成本的同時,保持日常應(yīng)急救災(zāi)能力。
[Abstract]:In order to study the coordination of the reserve mode of the material reserve of emergency materials and the production capacity reserve of the agreement enterprise, and reduce the material reserve cost of the enterprise to deal with the sudden production safety accident, In this paper, a coordinated optimization model of emergency material storage site and location of agreement reserve enterprise under multi-scenario production safety accident is established. The model is solved by using Lingo software, and an example is designed with the background of emergency material reserve in oil storage tank fire as the background. Verify the validity of relevant models and methods. The results show that the proposed emergency material reserve system can reduce the reserve cost of emergency materials and maintain the ability of daily emergency relief at the same time.
