恒溫解吸附煤樣低溫氧化特性試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了研究解吸附煤樣的自燃特性,運(yùn)用煤低溫氧化試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)測試了煤樣在氮?dú)鈼l件下恒溫解吸附及解吸附再次氧化升溫特性,分析了解吸附過程的氣體產(chǎn)物規(guī)律和解吸附煤樣的自燃特性參數(shù),研究原煤和解吸附煤樣的氧化、放熱特性。結(jié)果表明:恒溫解吸附過程中產(chǎn)生CO、CO_2、CH_4氣體,CO_2的氣體產(chǎn)生量遠(yuǎn)大于CO、CH_4,隨著箱溫溫度的升高,氣體產(chǎn)量也增大;與原煤相比,恒溫30℃和50℃解吸附煤樣的耗氧速率、放熱強(qiáng)度均小于原煤;在70℃之前,恒溫70℃解吸附煤樣與原煤的耗氧速率和放熱強(qiáng)度相似,在90~110℃之間出現(xiàn)交叉溫度點(diǎn),交叉溫度點(diǎn)之前原煤的耗氧速率、放熱強(qiáng)度大于恒溫70℃解吸附煤樣,之后小于原煤,說明不同恒溫解吸附過程對煤的自燃特性的影響具有一定的差異。
[Abstract]:In order to study the spontaneous combustion characteristics of desorbed coal samples, the isothermal desorption and desorption reoxidation heating characteristics of coal samples under nitrogen condition were tested by using the coal low temperature oxidation test system. The characteristics of spontaneous combustion of raw coal and adsorbed coal were studied by analyzing the law of gas product of adsorption process and the parameters of spontaneous combustion of adsorbed coal sample, and the characteristics of oxidation and exothermic of raw coal and adsorbed coal sample were studied. The results show that the gas production of COCO2CO2CH4 gas during isothermal desorption process is much larger than that of COMACH4 gas, and the gas output increases with the increase of temperature, and the oxygen consumption rate of desorbed coal samples at 30 鈩,
