電除塵電氣控制設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)由于生產(chǎn)規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大而導(dǎo)致環(huán)境污染日益加劇,其中尤以工業(yè)粉塵的排放污染對(duì)環(huán)境造成的惡劣影響更為突出;如何減小其影響是值得探討的一個(gè)重要課題。本論文基于課題背景、電除塵控制技術(shù)及其在國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析,從提高除塵效率角度入手,提出課題涉及項(xiàng)目的電除塵電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案及實(shí)施應(yīng)用。 論文首先從理論上分析電除塵技術(shù)的基本工作原理和工作流程,并著重分析電除塵器的核心電氣裝置—高低壓供電電源;同時(shí),從提高除塵效率和節(jié)能兩個(gè)方面分別研究分析影響電除塵效率的因素和提高除塵效率的措施,進(jìn)一步提出和研究高壓供電節(jié)能和優(yōu)化相結(jié)合的控制技術(shù),從而設(shè)計(jì)電除塵器高低壓供電設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)。根據(jù)電除塵控制系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際情況,選擇現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線,從而設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)一套基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的電除塵高低壓控制系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)電除塵器電氣控制。另一方面,將設(shè)計(jì)的電除塵器高低壓供電設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)方案在印度項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行實(shí)施應(yīng)用。通過AB軟件RSlogix5000的編程、IFIX上位機(jī)軟件的組態(tài)以及對(duì)先進(jìn)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)的利用,在印度項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)上位機(jī)與電除塵控制器的遠(yuǎn)程和實(shí)時(shí)通訊。 經(jīng)在印度現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證:本論文設(shè)計(jì)的電除塵電氣控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)施穩(wěn)定可靠,操作方便,除塵效果明顯,除塵效率得到提高,并可最大限度地減少運(yùn)行與維護(hù)費(fèi)用,具有明顯的節(jié)能效果,提高了經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious due to the continuous expansion of production scale, especially the adverse impact of industrial dust emission on the environment, and how to reduce its impact is an important topic worth to be discussed. Based on the background of the project, the electric dust control technology and its development situation at home and abroad are analyzed. From the point of view of improving the dust removal efficiency, the design scheme and application of the electrical control system for the electric dust collection involving the project are put forward. In this paper, the basic working principle and flow chart of the electrostatic precipitator technology are analyzed theoretically, and the core electrical device of the electrostatic precipitator, the high and low voltage power supply, is emphatically analyzed. The factors affecting the efficiency of electric dust collection and the measures to improve the efficiency of dust removal are studied from two aspects of improving the efficiency of dust removal and energy saving, and the control technology combining energy saving and optimization of high voltage power supply is put forward and studied. Therefore, the control system of high and low voltage power supply equipment for ESP is designed. According to the actual situation of the electric dust collection control system, the field bus is selected to design and implement a high and low voltage control system based on the field bus to realize the electric control of the electrostatic precipitator. On the other hand, the designed control system of high and low voltage power supply equipment of electrostatic precipitator is applied in project field in India. Through the configuration of iFix upper computer software and the use of advanced fieldbus technology, the remote and real time communication between the upper computer and the ESP controller is realized in the field of the project in India through the programming of AB software RSlogix5000. The practical application in India shows that the electric control system designed in this paper is stable and reliable, easy to operate, has obvious effect of dust removal, improves the efficiency of dust removal, and can reduce the operating and maintenance costs to the maximum extent. It has obvious energy saving effect and improves economic benefit.
