礦井帶式輸送機(jī)火災(zāi)蔓延規(guī)律數(shù)值模擬研究

【摘要】:為了掌握運(yùn)輸巷火災(zāi)蔓延及煙氣運(yùn)移的規(guī)律,基于12 m×0.7 m×0.9 m的礦井巷道火災(zāi)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),建立了尺寸為11 m×0.5 m×0.4 m的FDS相似模型;設(shè)定火源功率:Q=2.51 kW,風(fēng)速范圍:0~0.8 m/s,利用FDS相似模型分別模擬火災(zāi)演變過程巷道內(nèi)的溫度場分布情況、煙氣運(yùn)移情況及帶式輸送機(jī)火災(zāi)蔓延情況。結(jié)果表明:縱向通風(fēng)是改變巷道火災(zāi)溫度場分布與煙氣擴(kuò)散的主因,火災(zāi)平均蔓延速率與風(fēng)速成正比,風(fēng)速對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)火災(zāi)的溫度場、煙氣擴(kuò)散及火災(zāi)蔓延速率影響顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the rule of fire spread and smoke migration in transportation roadway, a similar FDS model with size of 11 m 脳 0.5 m 脳 0.4 m was established based on 12 m 脳 0.7 m 脳 0.9 m mine roadway fire simulation bench. The fire source power of 2. 51 kW and the wind speed range of 0 ~ 0 ~ 0 ~ 0 ~ 0. 8 m / s were set. The temperature field distribution, flue gas movement and fire spread of belt conveyor were simulated by using FDS similar model in the course of fire evolution. The results show that longitudinal ventilation is the main reason to change the distribution of fire temperature field and smoke diffusion in roadway, and the average fire spread rate is proportional to the wind speed, and the wind speed has a significant effect on the temperature field, smoke diffusion and fire spread rate of belt conveyer fire.
