金源里礦井充水因素分析及礦井水防治研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)金源里井田一采區(qū)計(jì)劃開采煤層水平標(biāo)高為+680m,而井田煤系風(fēng)化帶孔隙一裂隙含水層底板標(biāo)高在+780~+820m之間,因開采所形成的垮落帶、裂隙帶可能波及煤系風(fēng)化帶孔隙一裂隙含水層,同時(shí)在主副斜井井筒掘進(jìn)過(guò)程中,出現(xiàn)過(guò)礦井涌水量突變的現(xiàn)象,因此,礦井開采存在水害威脅。為了有效防止突水事故的發(fā)生,開展了礦井充水因素分析及礦井水防治研究。在收集井田鉆孔、地質(zhì)和水文地質(zhì)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)主副斜井掘進(jìn)所揭露的巖性及涌水量的變化規(guī)律,確定了井田含水層類型及可能存在的充水通道,采用“大井”法、Q-S曲線法及富水系數(shù)法合理預(yù)測(cè)礦井涌水量,并提出相應(yīng)的礦井水防治措施。得出井田含水層為基巖裂隙潛水含水層、基巖孔隙弱承壓含水巖組、基巖(煤層)裂隙強(qiáng)承壓含水層和基巖(煤層)裂隙弱承壓含水層四種類型;充水水源主要有大氣降水和地下水;充水通道為風(fēng)化裂隙、采動(dòng)冒落和封閉不良的鉆孔;一采區(qū)礦井正常涌水量為497.4m~3/h,最大涌水量為585m~3/h;應(yīng)采用留設(shè)防水煤巖柱、填埋壓實(shí)、井下預(yù)先鉆孔疏水等措施,對(duì)礦井水進(jìn)行防治。
[Abstract]:The horizontal elevation of coal seam in the first mining area of Jinyuanli mine field is 680m, while the floor elevation of pore-fissure aquifer in weathering zone of coal measure is between 780m and 820m. The fracture zone may spread to the pore-fissure aquifer in the weathering zone of coal measures, and at the same time, during the excavation of the main and auxiliary inclined shaft, there has been a sudden change of mine water inflow, therefore, there is a threat of water hazard in mine mining. In order to prevent the occurrence of water inrush, the factors of mine water filling and the prevention and treatment of mine water were studied. On the basis of collecting data of borehole, geology and hydrogeology in the mine field, the types of aquifer and the possible water filling channels are determined through the variation of lithology and water inflow revealed by the excavation of the main and auxiliary inclined wells. The Q-S curve method of "large well" method and the method of water enrichment coefficient are used to reasonably predict the mine water inflow, and the corresponding measures for mine water prevention and control are put forward. It is concluded that the aquifer in the mine field is a bedrock fissure aquifer, the bedrock pore is weakly confined water-bearing rock group, the bedrock (coal seam) fissure aquifer is strong and the bedrock (coal seam) fissure aquifer is weakly confined aquifer. The main water sources for water filling are precipitation and groundwater; the water filling channels are weathered fissures, mining caving holes and poorly closed boreholes; the normal inflow of water in the first mining area is 497.4 mm2 / h and the maximum discharge is 585 mm3 / h; the waterproof coal and rock pillars should be set up to fill in and compacted. In order to prevent and cure mine water, some measures such as borehole drainage and so on are taken to prevent and cure mine water.
