【摘要】：以應急準時開始可能度最大、資源布局調度費用最小為目標,在出救時間、應急資源點建設成本、資源運輸成本都為區(qū)間數(shù)的條件下,構建資源布局與配置一體化的模糊規(guī)劃模型。通過基于滿意度水平區(qū)間數(shù)排序的轉換方法將模糊規(guī)劃轉化成確定型規(guī)劃,求模型的滿意解,通過算例分析說明模型的合理性。
[Abstract]:Under the conditions that the emergency time, the construction cost of emergency resource point and the cost of resource transportation are all interval number, the aim is to maximize the possibility of emergency start on time, and to minimize the cost of resource layout and scheduling. The fuzzy programming model of the integration of resource layout and allocation is constructed. The fuzzy programming is transformed into deterministic programming based on the order of satisfaction level interval number. The satisfactory solution of the model is obtained, and the rationality of the model is illustrated by an example.
