改性活性炭表面特性及其對(duì)甲烷吸附性能的影響

【摘要】:為了實(shí)現(xiàn)煤礦上隅角乏風(fēng)瓦斯的資源化利用,分別使用硝酸鹽、氨水及氫氧化鈉對(duì)椰殼活性炭進(jìn)行改性,并使用改性后的活性炭對(duì)低濃度瓦斯進(jìn)行真空變壓吸附,考察了經(jīng)不同物質(zhì)改性的活性炭的結(jié)構(gòu)變化及其對(duì)甲烷的吸附性能。研究結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)硝酸鹽、氨水及氫氧化鈉改性后的活性炭對(duì)煤礦乏風(fēng)瓦斯的吸附性能均有一定程度提高。對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)過氫氧化鈉改性的活性炭對(duì)甲烷的吸附效果最好,當(dāng)氫氧化鈉濃度為2 mol/L、浸漬溫度為60℃時(shí),其穿透吸附量提高了105.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the utilization of waste air gas in the upper corner of coal mine, coconut shell activated carbon was modified by nitrate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide, and the low concentration gas was adsorbed by vacuum pressure swing adsorption with modified activated carbon. The structure changes of activated carbon modified by different substances and its adsorption properties for methane were investigated. The results show that the adsorption properties of activated carbon modified by nitrate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide are improved to some extent. The experimental results show that the activated carbon modified by sodium hydroxide has the best adsorption effect on methane.
