篩管護(hù)孔工藝及裝備在神華寧煤集團(tuán)的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:神華寧煤集團(tuán)金能煤業(yè)分公司和烏蘭煤礦被鑒定為煤與瓦斯突出礦井,一直以來(lái)利用鉆孔瓦斯抽采預(yù)防和治理瓦斯災(zāi)害。在鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中,經(jīng)常發(fā)生因孔壁坍塌、瓦斯突出而造成的抱鉆、埋鉆事故,以及塌孔后因抽采通道堵塞而導(dǎo)致鉆孔瓦斯抽采利用率低。大通孔螺旋鉆桿能有效解決鉆進(jìn)過(guò)程中的抱鉆、埋鉆事故,聯(lián)合一字鉸接鉆頭和懸掛裝置實(shí)施篩管護(hù)孔工藝技術(shù)可解決鉆孔瓦斯抽采利用率低的問(wèn)題。在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用過(guò)程中,使用人工和篩管助推器2種方式下放篩管,共完成工程量3 845 m,其中篩管助推器的效率是人工下放方式的3倍,表明篩管護(hù)孔工藝技術(shù)及裝備適合在松軟煤層礦區(qū)推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Jinneng Coal Industry Branch of Shenhua Ning Coal Group and Wu Lan Coal Mine have been identified as coal and gas outburst mines and have been using borehole gas extraction to prevent and control gas disasters. In the process of drilling, there are often drilling and burying accidents caused by hole wall collapse, gas outburst, and low utilization rate of gas drainage caused by blockage of drainage passage after hole collapse. Through-hole spiral drill pipe can effectively solve the problems of holing and burying during drilling. The low utilization rate of borehole gas extraction can be solved by combining one-word hinge bit and suspension to implement sieve pipe protecting technology. In the process of field application, the sieve tube was lowered by manual and sieve tube booster, and the engineering quantity was 3 845 m, and the efficiency of sieve tube booster was 3 times as much as that of manual booster. It shows that the technology and equipment of sieve pipe protecting hole are suitable for popularizing and applying in soft coal seam mining area.
