除塵泡沫在輸運(yùn)管道內(nèi)破裂與霧化的臨界條件研究

【摘要】:以除塵泡沫的基本性質(zhì)及氣液兩相流為理論基礎(chǔ),在實(shí)驗(yàn)室構(gòu)建實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)。利用實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)除塵泡沫在輸運(yùn)管道內(nèi)破裂與霧化的臨界條件進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,主要包括氣體流量、氣體壓力、液體流量對(duì)發(fā)泡倍數(shù)的影響。分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果得出以下結(jié)論:液體流量、風(fēng)壓對(duì)泡沫生成的影響基本可以忽略;當(dāng)氣體流量小于10 m3/h或者大于140 m3/h時(shí)泡沫都會(huì)發(fā)生破裂與霧化現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic properties of dust removal foam and gas-liquid two-phase flow, an experimental system was constructed in the laboratory. The critical conditions for the cracking and atomization of dust removal foam in transportation pipeline were studied by using the experimental system, including the influence of gas flow rate, gas pressure and liquid flow rate on the foaming multiple. The experimental results show that the influence of liquid flow rate and wind pressure on the formation of foam can be neglected, and when the gas flow rate is less than 10 m3 / h or more than 140 m3 / h, the foam will burst and atomize.
