【摘要】：為更好地了解長江口水域船舶碰撞和擱淺風險,采用IWRAP MK Ⅱ軟件對該水域的船舶碰撞和擱淺風險進行評估。評估結(jié)果顯示:該水域船舶發(fā)生碰撞事故的頻率為21.05起/a,發(fā)生擱淺事故的頻率為2.298起/a,與該水域2010~2015年發(fā)生船舶碰撞和擱淺事故頻率的平均值21.8起/a和1.8起/a吻合度較好。研究結(jié)果表明,該軟件可用于評估港口水域船舶碰撞和擱淺風險,為評價水域船舶碰撞和擱淺風險提供了一種新途徑。
