低溫等離子體活化轉(zhuǎn)化煤層甲烷機(jī)理的光譜診斷

【摘要】:為了探究低溫等離子體活化轉(zhuǎn)化煤層甲烷的機(jī)理,采用自制的介質(zhì)阻擋放電實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)體積組成為CH440%、O212%、N248%的模擬煤層甲烷進(jìn)行等離子體活化轉(zhuǎn)化。采用色譜分析方法對(duì)煤層甲烷介質(zhì)阻擋放電穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明低溫等離子體活化煤層甲烷的主要產(chǎn)物為CH3OH、CO和CO_2。采用發(fā)射光譜原位診斷技術(shù)在200~700 nm波長(zhǎng)范圍內(nèi)研究了放電氣體的發(fā)射光譜,檢測(cè)到O·、CH·、C·、Hα、N2(A3Σ+U)等激發(fā)態(tài)物種;诎l(fā)射光譜原位診斷和氣相色譜分析結(jié)果,對(duì)煤層甲烷活化轉(zhuǎn)化的自由基反應(yīng)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了推斷。同時(shí),明晰了反應(yīng)氣中N2對(duì)煤層甲烷活化和主要產(chǎn)物的生成具有促進(jìn)作用,即N2產(chǎn)生了存活時(shí)間更長(zhǎng)的亞穩(wěn)態(tài)離子,該亞穩(wěn)態(tài)離子將能量傳遞給反應(yīng)氣中的O2和CH4,進(jìn)而加速了煤層甲烷的活化和穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)物的生成。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the mechanism of methane conversion from coal seam by low temperature plasma activation, a self-made dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) experimental system was used to conduct plasma activation transformation of methane in simulated coal seam with CH440O212and N248% volume composition.The stable products of methane dielectric barrier discharge in coal seam were analyzed by chromatographic analysis. The results show that the main products of methane activation in coal seam by low temperature plasma are Ch _ 3OH _ (10) CO and CO _ 2.The emission spectra of the discharge gas have been studied in the wavelength range of 200 ~ 700 nm by using in situ diagnostic technique of emission spectra. Excited species such as O _ (Ch) C ~ (2 +) H ~ (2 +) N _ (2) O _ (2) A _ (3 危) have been detected.Based on the results of in situ emission spectrum diagnosis and gas chromatographic analysis, the free radical reaction process of methane activation and transformation in coal seam was inferred.At the same time, it is clear that N2 in the reaction gas can promote the activation of coal bed methane and the formation of main products, that is, N2 produces metastable ions with longer survival time.The metastable ions transfer energy to O2 and Ch _ 4 in the reaction gas, which accelerates the activation of coal bed methane and the formation of stable products.
