負壓定點取樣煤層瓦斯含量測定損失量推算方法

【摘要】:為確定負壓排渣定點取樣過程的瓦斯損失量,采用自主研發(fā)的顆粒煤瓦斯負壓-負壓轉(zhuǎn)常壓解吸實驗系統(tǒng),選取義馬礦區(qū)新安煤礦煤樣,開展了不同吸附平衡壓力、不同解吸負壓及解吸時間的顆粒煤瓦斯負壓-負壓轉(zhuǎn)常壓解吸規(guī)律實驗研究.結(jié)果表明:負壓解吸段瓦斯累積解吸量隨著解吸負壓(絕對值)的升高及負壓解吸時間的延長而增大,轉(zhuǎn)為常壓解吸后對應(yīng)的瓦斯累積解吸量減小;實驗煤樣負壓解吸初期(0~2min)瓦斯解吸規(guī)律及轉(zhuǎn)為常壓解吸后的常壓解吸初期規(guī)律(0~10min)均可采用巴雷爾模型描述;基于提出的負壓取樣瓦斯損失量推算方法所得的推算值與實際損失量值最大誤差為4.83%.
[Abstract]:In order to determine the amount of gas loss in the process of sampling at the fixed point of negative pressure slag discharge, the experimental system of particle coal gas negative pressure and negative pressure conversion to normal pressure desorption was developed, and different adsorption equilibrium pressures were carried out in Xinan coal mine of Yima mining area.Experimental study on the desorption law of granular coal gas from negative pressure to negative pressure to normal pressure with different desorption pressure and desorption time.The results show that the cumulative desorption amount of gas in the negative pressure desorption section increases with the increase of the desorption pressure (absolute value) and the prolongation of the desorption time of the negative pressure, and the corresponding cumulative desorption volume decreases after conversion to normal pressure desorption.Barrell model can be used to describe the law of gas desorption in the early stage of experimental coal desorption under negative pressure and the initial law of desorption under normal pressure after conversion to normal pressure desorption for 10 min.The maximum error between the calculated value and the actual loss value is 4.83 based on the proposed method for calculating the amount of gas loss from negative pressure sampling.
