基于FMECA與模糊FTA的余熱鍋爐安全分析

【摘要】:為了保證余熱鍋爐安全運(yùn)行,預(yù)防爆炸事故發(fā)生,利用FMECA方法和模糊FTA方法,研究余熱鍋爐事故致因。通過(guò)對(duì)余熱鍋爐潛在危險(xiǎn)因素的分析辨別,探討設(shè)備故障類型、原因及相應(yīng)處理方法,引入模糊FTA對(duì)余熱鍋爐爆炸事故定性和定量分析,進(jìn)而構(gòu)建了基于FMECA與模糊FTA的余熱鍋爐安全分析框架,并計(jì)算得出事故發(fā)生的模糊概率以及對(duì)基本事件的敏感性分析。研究表明,余熱鍋爐系統(tǒng)的可靠度大約為96.92%,未按規(guī)定排污,報(bào)警器失靈,安全閥壓力連接管堵塞及除氧器不合格事件對(duì)頂事件發(fā)生概率的影響最大,從而為該系統(tǒng)的安全決策提供支持。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the safe operation of the waste heat boiler and prevent the explosion accident, the cause of the accident of the waste heat boiler is studied by using the FMECA method and the fuzzy FTA method.Through the analysis and discrimination of potential hazard factors of waste heat boiler, the types of equipment faults, the causes and the corresponding treatment methods are discussed, and the qualitative and quantitative analysis of explosion accidents of waste heat boiler by fuzzy FTA is introduced.Furthermore, the safety analysis framework of waste heat boiler based on FMECA and fuzzy FTA is constructed, and the fuzzy probability of accident occurrence and sensitivity analysis to basic events are calculated.The results show that the reliability of the waste heat boiler system is about 96.92, the failure of discharge, the failure of the alarm, the blockage of the safety valve pressure connection and the unqualified events of the deaerator have the greatest influence on the probability of the top event.So it can support the security decision of the system.
