基于主成分的采空區(qū)危險(xiǎn)性關(guān)聯(lián)因子聚類分析

【摘要】:結(jié)合某礦山采空區(qū)安全事故實(shí)例和礦山的實(shí)際開采條件,歸納出12個(gè)采空區(qū)危險(xiǎn)性關(guān)聯(lián)因子,采用巖體地質(zhì)力學(xué)分類(RMR)和主成分分析(PCA)方法對(duì)14個(gè)采空區(qū)的12個(gè)原始關(guān)聯(lián)因子進(jìn)行量化和分析,提取了累計(jì)貢獻(xiàn)率超過80%的4個(gè)主成分,獲得了4個(gè)主成分與各關(guān)聯(lián)因子間的相關(guān)性,揭示了各采空區(qū)危險(xiǎn)性的主導(dǎo)因子。分析結(jié)果表明,運(yùn)用主成分對(duì)采空區(qū)危險(xiǎn)性關(guān)聯(lián)因子分析具有一定的實(shí)際意義,礦山管理人員可根據(jù)分析結(jié)果和礦山實(shí)際條件制定相應(yīng)的措施,有效防止采空區(qū)事故的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:According to the safety accident in goaf of a mine and the actual mining conditions, 12 risk related factors of goaf are concluded.Using RMRand principal component analysis (PCA) method to quantify and analyze 12 original correlation factors in 14 mined-out areas, 4 principal components with cumulative contribution rate of more than 80% were extracted.The correlation between the four principal components and the correlation factors was obtained, and the dominant factors of the risk in each goaf were revealed.The analysis results show that the application of principal components to the analysis of risk correlation factors in goaf has certain practical significance, and mine managers can formulate corresponding measures according to the analysis results and the actual conditions of the mine to effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents in goaf.
