【摘要】：素有“列車工廠”之稱的編組站,是鐵路樞紐內(nèi)組織貨物列車的專業(yè)站。擔(dān)負(fù)列車的“到”、“解”、“集”、“編”、“發(fā)”和“路網(wǎng)車流調(diào)控”等任務(wù),負(fù)責(zé)所銜接方向本線和轉(zhuǎn)線的車流到達(dá)、中轉(zhuǎn)交換和出發(fā)。 調(diào)度是編組站日常運(yùn)輸?shù)闹笓]中樞,處于管理金字塔的頂端,占據(jù)信息收發(fā)的關(guān)鍵位置,起著承上啟下的作用。其工作質(zhì)量對(duì)加速鐵路貨物送達(dá)、加速機(jī)車車輛周轉(zhuǎn)、降低運(yùn)輸成本、提高運(yùn)輸效率等都十分重要。隨著編組站作業(yè)的信息化、智能化、自動(dòng)化發(fā)展,調(diào)度工作的安全可靠性起著越來越重要的作用,它不僅受自身的結(jié)構(gòu)和性能可靠性的影響,還與人員、設(shè)備、環(huán)境、管理等因素密切相關(guān)。它的安全可靠性降低會(huì)促使整個(gè)編組站系統(tǒng)的安全可靠性非線性加速降低甚至失效,直接影響到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的安全、質(zhì)量、績效等指標(biāo)。 本文主要涉及到有：調(diào)度指揮系統(tǒng),指揮模式,信息系統(tǒng),人員系統(tǒng),設(shè)備系統(tǒng),命令系統(tǒng),管理系統(tǒng)等。在這樣一個(gè)人-機(jī)-環(huán)境動(dòng)態(tài)大系統(tǒng)中,都是在調(diào)度人員統(tǒng)一指揮下來完成的,所以,人的安全可靠性顯得十分重要,本文重點(diǎn)分析調(diào)度人員的安全可靠性,從人為失誤產(chǎn)生的原因、機(jī)制、機(jī)理等方面入手,利用人機(jī)工程學(xué),人因失誤等相關(guān)理論來對(duì)人員進(jìn)行可靠性分析,利用人因可靠性理論計(jì)算人員可靠度,找出調(diào)度人員子系統(tǒng)的不足之處,通過制定相應(yīng)的整改措施,以提高人員系統(tǒng)的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The marshalling station, known as "train factory", is a professional station for organizing freight trains in railway hubs.Responsible for train "arrival", "solution", "collection", "compilation", "hair" and "network traffic flow regulation" and other tasks, responsible for connecting the direction of the local line and turn the traffic flow arrival, transit exchange and departure.Dispatch is the command center of daily transportation in marshalling yard, which is at the top of management pyramid, occupies the key position of receiving and sending information, and plays a connecting role.The quality of work is very important to accelerate the delivery of railway goods, accelerate the turnover of locomotive and rolling stock, reduce the transportation cost and improve the transportation efficiency.With the development of information, intelligence, automation and the safety and reliability of marshalling yard, it is not only affected by its own structure and performance, but also by personnel, equipment and environment.Management and other factors are closely related.The decrease of safety and reliability will cause the safety and reliability of the whole marshalling yard system to decrease or even fail, and will directly affect the safety, quality and performance of the whole system.This paper mainly involves: dispatching command system, command mode, information system, personnel system, equipment system, command system, management system and so on.In such a large man-machine-environment dynamic system, all of them are completed under the unified command of the dispatcher. Therefore, the safety and reliability of human beings is very important. This paper focuses on the analysis of the safety and reliability of the dispatcher.Starting with the causes, mechanisms and mechanisms of human error, the author makes use of the theories of ergonomics and human error to analyze the reliability of personnel, and calculates the reliability of personnel by using the theory of human factor reliability.In order to improve the reliability of the personnel system, the shortcomings of the dispatcher subsystem are found out and the corresponding corrective measures are worked out.
