綜放面走向高抽巷參數(shù)的確定與數(shù)值模擬實驗

【摘要】:綜放面瓦斯涌出的一個重要來源是采空區(qū)瓦斯涌出,且瓦斯抽采已經(jīng)被證明是保障煤礦安全生產(chǎn)的重要技術(shù)手段。大量研究表明,對綜放面采空區(qū)及其上覆巖層內(nèi)的瓦斯?jié)B流規(guī)律的研究是合理高效地瓦斯抽采設(shè)計的理論基礎(chǔ)。基于此,結(jié)合井下實際情況和FLUENT軟件數(shù)值試驗,確定了采場中高抽巷走向位置,使其瓦斯抽采達到最佳效果。 本文總結(jié)了煤礦采空區(qū)瓦斯?jié)B流規(guī)律的研究成果和最新進展,研究了氣體在采空區(qū)的流動方程。確定采空縱向“三帶”(冒落帶、裂隙帶、彎曲下沉帶)需要根據(jù)覆巖巖層移動規(guī)律以及相應(yīng)的計算機模擬,正確合理的高抽巷距離底板高度會直接影響模擬的結(jié)果。研究了多空介質(zhì)的概念,將井下氣體看成不可壓縮流體,研究其在多孔介質(zhì)中的流動。 本文運用了Fluent數(shù)值模擬結(jié)合張家莊礦現(xiàn)場監(jiān)測實驗,得出了走向高抽巷的具體位置參數(shù),在豎直距離22m與距回風(fēng)巷水平距離16m,高抽巷的抽放效果達到最佳,高抽巷的抽放瓦斯達到了30%,綜放面上隅角的瓦斯?jié)舛确稀睹旱V安全規(guī)程》的規(guī)定即瓦斯?jié)舛刃∮?%,煤礦井下可以進行安全、高效地生產(chǎn)。參照模擬的參數(shù)可以在相似條件的礦井進行推廣,具有較高的經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:An important source of gas emission from fully mechanized caving face is gas emission from goaf, and gas drainage has been proved to be an important technical means to ensure the safety of coal mine production.A large number of studies show that the study on the law of gas seepage in goaf of fully mechanized caving face and its overlying strata is the theoretical basis for the design of rational and efficient gas drainage.Based on this, combined with the actual situation of underground and the numerical test of FLUENT software, the strike position of high drainage roadway in the stope is determined, so that the best effect of gas drainage is achieved.In this paper, the research results and recent progress of gas seepage in goaf are summarized, and the flow equation of gas in goaf is studied.It is necessary to determine the vertical "three zones" (caving zone, fissure zone, bending subsidence zone) of the mining goaf according to the law of strata movement of overburden rock and the corresponding computer simulation. The correct and reasonable height of the bottom slab from the extraction roadway will directly affect the result of the simulation.The concept of multivoid medium is studied. The underground gas is regarded as an incompressible fluid and its flow in porous media is studied.In this paper, Fluent numerical simulation combined with field monitoring experiment in Zhangjiazhuang Mine is used to obtain the specific location parameters of high pumping roadway. The pumping effect of high pumping roadway is the best when the vertical distance is 22m and the horizontal distance from the return air lane is 16m.The gas concentration in the upper corner of top corner of fully mechanized caving face accords with the regulation of coal mine safety regulation, that is, the gas concentration is less than 1, and the underground coal mine can be safely and efficiently produced.The simulation parameters can be popularized in mines with similar conditions and have high economic benefit.
