典型鋰離子電池火災(zāi)滅火試驗研究

【摘要】:為研究不同滅火劑撲救鋰離子電池火災(zāi)的有效性,以18650型鈷酸鋰鋰離子電池為研究對象,開展了干粉、二氧化碳、水成膜泡沫滅火劑等不同滅火劑及細水霧撲救鋰離子電池火災(zāi)的實體滅火試驗。結(jié)果表明:二氧化碳、ABC干粉、3%的水成膜泡沫滅火劑均能有效撲滅18650型鈷酸鋰鋰離子電池火災(zāi)的明火,但滅火后均出現(xiàn)復(fù)燃現(xiàn)象,出現(xiàn)復(fù)燃的時間與滅火荊的冷卻能力成正比;而細水霧在滅火系統(tǒng)噴霧強度為2.0 L/(min·m~2)、噴頭安裝高度為2.4 m的條件下,無法有效抑制或撲滅18650型鈷酸鋰鋰離子電池火災(zāi)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effectiveness of extinguishing lithium-ion battery fire with different extinguishing agents, the dry powder and carbon dioxide were carried out with 18650 type lithium cobalt lithium ion battery as the research object.The solid fire extinguishing test of different extinguishing agents such as water film foam extinguishing agent and fine water mist to extinguish lithium-ion battery fire.The results show that 3% of carbon dioxide carbon dioxide (#en0#) dry powder can effectively extinguish the open fire of 18650 type lithium cobaltate lithium-ion battery fire, but after extinguishing the fire, the reburning time is in direct proportion to the cooling ability of the fire extinguishing wattle.However, under the condition that the spray intensity of the fire extinguishing system is 2.0 L/(min / m and the installation height of the sprinkler is 2.4m, the fire of the 18650 type lithium cobalt lithium ion battery can not be effectively suppressed or extinguished.
