【摘要】：正為認真學(xué)習(xí)宣傳貫徹《中共中央國務(wù)院關(guān)于推進安全生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域改革發(fā)展的意見》(以下簡稱《意見》),指導(dǎo)幫助各地區(qū)、各部門和單位深刻理解《意見》精神,切實將各項改革措施和工作任務(wù)落到實處,按照國務(wù)院安委會統(tǒng)一部署,自2017年2月中旬起,國務(wù)院安委會辦公室組織15個宣講組,由國家安全監(jiān)管總局、國家煤礦安監(jiān)局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志及部分老領(lǐng)導(dǎo)帶隊,赴各省級單位開展《意見》宣講。宣講圍繞《意見》出臺背景、重點內(nèi)容和改革創(chuàng)新的制度性措施,以及貫徹落實應(yīng)注重把握的重點問題,主要采
[Abstract]:In order to conscientiously study, publicize, and implement the "opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the Reform and Development in the Field of production Safety" (hereinafter referred to as "opinions"), we are guiding and helping all regions, departments and units to understand the spirit of the "opinions" in a profound way.In accordance with the unified arrangements of the State Council's Safety Committee, the Office of the State Council's Security Committee has organized 15 propaganda groups since mid-February 2017, and the State Administration of Security Supervision and Control has been responsible for the implementation of all reform measures and work tasks.Leading comrades of the State Bureau of Coal Mine Safety Supervision and some old leaders led the group to the provincial units to carry out opinions.Focusing on the background, key contents and institutional measures of reform and innovation, as well as the key issues to be grasped in the implementation of the "opinions", the major measures are adopted.
